Description of Work: John Carter of this firm came to the house to determine how water was getting past the glass-block window in the garage into the inside wall causing damage. This window was installed by another company back in 2007. John was most helpful, showing me the shortcomings of the installation that permitted the water to penetrate. He suggested I go back on the original installer for repair. He wanted to payment for his visit.

Description of Work: This company advertises that they perform work in Knox county. Unfortunately that is misleading. They only perform work in parts of Knox county. I believe this should be specified in the "Service Area" details. Very disappointing.
