Description of Work: They installed one glass block window with vent. Sales person was very professional and we were comfortable with previous reviews. I still gave them a B based on quality and how well the install went, but the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. While they are very polite and professional when you speak with them, we had an appointment set and my wife stayed home all day for the install. No call/no show. I called the office and they said they called and left a VM...they had the correct number, but nothing on my phone. Mistakes happen... So we set another date for install about 3 weeks out and they promised to call me to let me know if they could install or not (might be to cold). So the day before the install they do call and tell me they will be there tomorrow for the install in the afternoon time slot. So again, my wife stays home all day. At the END of the time slot they call and tell us it is to cold to install again. Now I am not a meteorologist, but you didn't know the day before, or the morning of, or even at the start of my time block that it was cold out? I didn't even call for a month and just figured I had lost my $100 deposit. Third time was a charm. It was warmer out and the install looks great. So overall happy with the outcome, but getting there was a bit of a mess...

Description of Work: They replaced two basement windows that were old and poorly sealed. They removed the old windows and all debris in the area. The new windows look great and are well sealed. At the end of the job, they cleaned up the area and left it better than before they started. All around, it was a very professional job.

Description of Work: Tore out original badement windows & casements & installed 6 block glass windows, 2 with vents. I figured each window would cost $400 but their quote was for about $200 each. Price was so good I had them tear out & replace two 2.5 x 4 ft garage windows. ( cant find receipt to give actual cost but it was very reasonable). Two-man job. On time & HIGHLY efficient. Had the old windows removed within 1.5 hours. Their workmanship was perfection. Windows look great. Would HIGHLY recommend this provider.
