Installation was great. Everything was installed properly, and area was cleaned up better than found.

Anyway, CGB sent my neighbor, Travis, over to install glass block windows in my seven basement windows. He was very efficient and was done in 2-3 hours. The windows are perfect! The work was done in the fall of 2015 and I have had absolutely no problems with the windows. I have been unable to locate my paperwork, so I can't supply an accurate number on the cost, but it was very reasonable.

I think they had great communication and were organized. They could be more detailed oriented about cleaning up and the finished work.

It was great! They gave me a quote which I found reasonable, including a lifetime guarantee, and installation was smooth and easy. I've been very pleased!

It was fine. Everything. There was a little problem. The window broke a couple of times but they took care of it and very pleasant to work with. I had a glass lock window in my bathroom and I wanted a vent added in because it was a solid glass lock. They actually attempted to put in the vent but because the window is so old, it broke other glasses around it. They sent somebody else out to fix it. They couldn't replace it and they wound up just replacing the whole window for free. There was just no pressure from them to get it done. They worked with my schedule, if I could take time off to get it back. They were pleasant to work with even though it took a long time to get it done.
