Simply excellent service, performed with a high degree of quality and professionalism!

Replaced 4 windows. Salesman was good. Installer was good, too. When I called to schedule the work after the estimate, the receptionist mentioned that I would get $75 off because more than 3 windows were getting done. I made a note of this, but found it only when I was closing out the file on this job. I called the office to see about getting the $75 back and was told, far too cheerfully, that it was going to be a tough luck situation. What would you do?

Josh Scott did both the estimate and the install. We were happy with everything from the estimate process to the installation. Josh was great, he really took ownership of the project and followed through until we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend him for your sales quote to your installation. The windows look great!

After reviewing Angie's list and seeing one of their previous installations I was looking forward to a prompt and quality installation. My mistake. Was told installer would arrive between 8:00 - 9:00 am and job would take 2 - 2.5 hours. Installer arrived at 9:45 and left at 5:00. By 12:30, the installer was less than 1/2 finished so I cancelled my afternoon appointments. By 4:30 I began cleaning up after the installer. There was broken glass and white powder all over the floor, and everytime he would walk through he would track more onto our carpet. It took almost two hours to clean up our basement. After the installer left, I realized he had not completed the inside of the two "one-block windows". The original installation was still covering the window so there is no light allowed through. I also had to hose off our driveway and front yard where the sealing compound had been mixed. Would not recommend using this company.

Overall, the windows looks nice, but I was not impressed at all with the person that was sent to install the glass block windows. It was a very guy fellow and he could have cared less about the job he did. No pride was taken at all. The thing that made me mostly mad was the fact that the job site was left a mess. There was mortar left all over the yard and all over the glass block. The mortar had cracked and the fellow forgot to mortar the top of the blocks outside. I know from this horrible experience, I would not use them again.

Was scheduled for an estimate within a week of initial contact. The job was done about a week later. The customer service was great from start to finish and they did a very clean job on the windows. Received $100 discount for Angie's list membership.

The experience was a non-experience, which is good. The installer showed up installed the glass block and was gone in 3 hrs. I hardly knew he was here. At then end he had me look over the work and said goodbye. Very good company.

They were prompt in providing an estimate and in scheduling the work. The worker arrived as scheduled and called ahead. He was efficient and professional in completing the job and clean up. The windows look great.

I wanted to get an estimate from this company since they offered a coupon, but I couldn't get a prompt response from my phone calls. The first day I called, I left a message to return my call and did not get a call back, so I called and left a message the next day. I believe they did return my call a day or two after the second day I called. It was too late since I found another company called Glass Block Installations that gave me prompt service. I am glad I did not wait for them to give me an estimate.

They were on time. They were pleasant and easy to work with. They were professional and respectful about being in my house. I would highly recommend them.

They came right out the day we called gave us an estimate. They came back the next day because they didn't want the window open over night. The crew is very fair and cleans up after themselves.

I was very happy with the work and results. The work was done neatly, professionally, and quickly. They did a beautiful job of cleaning up. I didn't have to do any cleaning up after they left. They are a little higher priced but do a very good job.

The worker came on time as scheduled. He completed the job in a timely manner. Overall, the quality of the work was very good. My only problem was that he left cement motor stains on my driveway which would not come out. Later, I had the asphalt resealed, which covered the stains.

We got about 3 different estimates, but each one didn't include everything Columbus Glass Block would do. They replaced the capping during the installations which not everyone was going to do. We initially were going to have 3 glass block windows installed and 1 glass block window with a vent, but when they came to install they brought 4 with vents. We did not mind because it cost more for vents and we did not have to pay any extra. The install was quick and painless and the clean up was great. The windows function great and I love them, the process was quick and easy.

Out of all of the estimates that we had this company gave us the lowest bid. We were impressed with their professionalism. The results look excellent.

Everything went well - better than expected, actually. While John was a few minutes late for the estimate, he had called to let me know when he would arrive - which really was just ten minutes later than scheduled. He was very personable and explained everything with just the right amount of detail. He wasn't pushy at all - if only all salespeople could work that way. Even though I only wanted windows at this time, he also provided an estimate on two doors that I need to replace. My schedule was pretty tight for the month, but he managed to get the installation scheduled exactly when I was available. Richard showed up on time to replace the windows. I was working at home that day and wasn't disturbed by his work at all. The mortar was set well and the windows look great! He cleaned up any mess both inside and outside. Now I'm noticing that the basement feels warmer than it did before - which is good since it's been cool outside. I'm quite pleased with the entire experience and will definitely be calling soon to have those doors replaced. In fact, I hadn't thought about having work done in the bathroom, but I'll probably be getting an estimate for that as well.

I am very pleased with the product and service that I received from Columbus Glass Block. My basement windows look safe and wonderful now.

I got an initial referral from a neighbor. I checked out the company's website and products. I checked to see if Columbus Glass Block was registered with Angie's List--it is! I called and set an appointment. I had a thorough discussion with a salesman who came to my home. Angie's List membership earned me a $100 discount! The installation date was set (less than a week from the sales call). The installer was prompt and very professional throughout the day long installation. I am very pleased with the product and service I received from Columbus Glass Block and I am looking forward to lowered heating bills this coming winter and for years to come. My basement and studio look wonderful now!

The price was over $300 per window. They had a deal going on, and they gave it to me, even though I did not quite qualify for it. I really like the windows, especially right now because I do not have power due to storms. I am even thinking about putting in more. They guy that installed them cleaned up well. I am very happy with the work. I would use them again in the future and have already recommended them to others.

Arrived timely. Did his job. He did not fool around. Was very polite. The job went faster than I expected.

I found the company on Angie's List and I chose them based on prices and reviews. John was the sales representative and Richard was the installer. Both called prior to arriving and both were on time and professional. The installer cleaned up after completion of the work. I am satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend Columbus Glass Block to anyone.

Josh provided a thorough estimate, answered my questions and addressed my concerns about glass block installations. Felix arrived when promised, removed the windows and frames, installed the new windows and still answered more of my questions while doing an outstanding job. He did a first rate job of cleaning up when he was done.

Installer, Travis, was right on time and got right to work. Had the old windows out and the new ones in in about two hours. Cleaned up completely and was pleasant to deal with.
