I liked them. I would seriously consider having them when I decide to replace all the windows of my house. They cleaned up their mess. They kept me updated on their progress. They kept to themselves and did their job and I didn’t see them slacking off.

The installer showed up on time as scheduled. He was very professional, neat and very courteous. He removed the old windows and installed the new ones. He did a fantastic job. I love my new windows. Looks great.

Mike Foti came at the scheduled time, was very nice, very thorough, and gave us an estimate. The installation appointment was scheduled for just over a week later. Travis was our installer and he called to ask if he could come a little earlier which was great for us. He was exceptionally and efficient. He quietly went about his job, cleaned everything well after he was finished installing, and then explained them to us and made sure we had no questions. We were very happy with the people, the product, and how they conducted their business.

The product they have is good. I liked the look of the window, the installation was fine and I didn’t have any issues with the company at all. The customer service was good.

John Carter came out and gave me a quote. He was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt. I drove out to the office/showroom to go over options for types of glass block, colors, finishes, etc. and Lily was extremely friendly. I was also extremely impressed with the variety of options available to me to achieve the degree of beauty, privacy, light allowance, and venting. When I made my selection, we scheduled Travis to come do the installation. Despite his youth, Travis proved professional, courteous, and absolutely expert. He has much experience with historic homes and did a beautiful job, including a thorough clean-up. I have received compliments not only on my windows, but on the obvious skill and care with which they were installed. I will be purchasing more glass block windows in the very near future, and will request Travis to install them. Thank you for a job extremely well done!

Very professional - quote was a little high so I went with someone else.

After requesting a quote online, I was contacted promptly and someone came to my house to give us an estimate. After deciding to go with Columbus Glass Block, the work was also performed promptly and professionally. We had to wait a little while to get the egress window installed (it was not in stock initially) but they came back and did a great install on that too. Overall, professional, prompt, clean work that I would highly recommend.

They allow you to design your own window online. They did a good job. The surrounding wood was older and they were able to make it blend into the new window.

They did what they said they are going to do at a reasonable price.

They were great about coming out. Somebody came out right away. They were good and they were quick. They were able to get everything to us. We appreciated that. They were very responsive. They answered lots of questions and they gave us great ideas too. We would use them, we just have to figure out how all this is going to happen. We're just going to build something and they are going to put the glass block on. We look forward to working with them.

They did more that I expected. They filled in the holes where the old screen door was so I can repaint. The people they sent out were so polite and very nice to work with.

I like how they operated cleanly. They didn’t leave any mess behind. They didn’t leave any spatters or cement. They totally cleaned up after themselves. They are absolutely wonderful. We have a stacko house and someone put a siding on top of the stacko and the gentleman who came out to survey the work and put a price on it, he said that all in the years he was doing his job, it was the first house he have seen that had this kind of window facing and he assured me that his technician would be able to work with that and reconstruct it if necessary and it turned out it wasn’t necessary to buy additional materials to reconstruct it but he was able to not disturb the bizarre way of they have got the siding in the windows which I really like. He knew right away what my concern was.

When I called for an estimation I had one idea in mind of what I wanted done with my windows. When John showed up to explain the process to me I was surprised at the cost per window. He then offered me a solution of how if we change the layout of the windows and include a larger grout line around the outside it would save me money per window without sacrificing any of the features that I wanted. I liked his suggestion and went with it. The windows came out beautiful! I appreciated that John suggested a more cost effective way of doing the windows and they have another very satisfied customer.

Great! They showed up on time and did the work. The only thing was they left a mess for me to clean up that's why I gave them a C for professionalism.

The worker spent about 7 hours, working in the cold rain. He installed eight glass block windows. He never took a break, wore booties over his shoes when entering the home, and cleaned up the area when he was finished.

The contractor was there on time, very couteous and cleaned up.

The entire experience was easy and uncomplicated. The man who came over to our home for the quote was knowledgable and professional. The technician, Travis, who performed the work was professional, polite and courteous, surprisingly quick but thorough, and did an excellent job.

Lilly on the phone was knowledgable and was able to answer my initial questions to be sure they had what I wanted before scheduling a visit to the house. Then she scheduled the visit. The salesman showed up on time, went about his business lilke a professional and left a quote with me, explaining next steps. I called in to place the order and was able to schedule the installation for about 10 days out. The installers showed up on time, completed the work as required, and cleaned up after themselves. They were even able to route the wire for the power vent so it was hidden inthe grout around the other blocks (something extra, requiring more work on their part, that they didn't have to do)> Overall great experience.

A+ , first rate service from start to finish. Very happy with my new window! It looks spectacular!
