They were fine. They just seem to have a lot of references and I looked for somebody that didn't have as many.

The gentleman who did the estimation came out on a Saturday, and they did the work within the week. They are efficient and it didn't take them long to install the windows. You will expect reasonable price for excellent work. They didn't try up sell things I didn't need.

Arrived on time. Installed timely. Didn't leave a mess.

The installer arrived on time, completed the work within the estimated timeframe, and cleaned up the work areas. The new windows are high quality and let lots of light in while obscuring the view of the basement from outdoors. The vents are screened and work easily. Very satisfied.

The installer (Travis) arrived at precisely 8:30 AM which was the very beginning of the 8:30AM to 10:00AM time window they provided for me. He introduced himself and got right to work. He explained the process and the features and benefits of the product as did the representative (John). Both the company representative and the installer were always professional and polite. I was kept in the installation loop so I could see for myself the excellent quality of work. The windows look great, seem to be made very well and were properly installed. The entire process took approximately two hours. As with anything like this, time will tell. For now though everything appears terrific. While a little pricy, I believe that I made the right choice with Columbus Glass Block.

Arrived on time and estimated they would take an hour per window. Completed work with great quality and on time, even after our old coal chute door (we have a 1920's house in Bexley) gave them some issues. Work included a warranty for lifetime repairs of even the screens in the vents. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our home was built in 1919 and we had what seemed to be the original basement wooden windows that looked terrible. Columbus Glass Block (John Carter) came to do a site inspection and were very thorough in exactly what needed to be done and prepared a very thoughtful proposal showing the exact materials and various options available. I was very nervous about getting this work done since our home is made of brick with a mortar foundation so there was also some cement work that needed to be done as well to make sure that the new block windows sat at the right height and matched up with the walls and driveway. Sean was our installation magician from Columbus Block. He absolutely is a very talented, thoughtful and professional individual. Sean removed the old windows, prepped the 4 areas and proceeded to perform one of the most immaculate installations I have ever seen. We are very thrilled with the work (i will upload before and after photos as well) and with the overall process that was used to educate and deliver this service. Very nicely done Columbus Block and a very special thank you and kudos to Sean.

Found Innovate Building Solutions during a web search for Glass Block walls. Reached out to request more information about the product and company. The company website is amazing and full of details and information about the product and installation. During the same day of my inquiry, I was contacted by Mike who engaged with me to understand what I was doing and answer the many questions I had. Mike provided me layout ideas and pricing for his Glass Block Wall and custom shower pan products and solutions. At the time I was talking with Mike I was considering do the work myself. Innovate Building Solutions products are so straight forward, had I been able to take time off work to tackle this project on my own, I would have gone that route. I am confident Mike would have been there to support my efforts as well. As it turned out, I ended up sub contracting the work out to a trusted contractor who wanted to go a different route instead. Professional, knowledgeable, and just great to speak with, Mike Foti left a high mark in mind and I plan to speak with him again down the road when I tackle my next project. The overall experience from scheduling to installation was very smooth. The office staff were very accommodating as we wanted to schedule the installation on the same day as my in-laws who were having similar work performed. The crew arrived promptly and did a good job cleaning the work site. I am very pleased with the finished product and would recommend Columbus Glass Block to anyone interested in replacing their standard basement windows.

John Carter, sales person, explained options and was very personable. I also liked that the company sent an email with John's resume and picture prior to his coming to my home. Installation tech Travis arrived on time and worked non-stop until the job was completed (in about 6 hours). He answered any questions I had and encountered a bit of a more complicated installation on windows which resulted in extra time it took for job to be completed. He worked through it. He was very clean, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Great overall experience!

First visit was a consultation with measurements and work estimate. Installation was scheduled at that time. Installation went very well. Installer was thorough and knowledgable. Excellent clean up.

The man that came out was very good at his craft. He listened to my concerns, took out the old windows, put new glass block windows in and cleaned up after himself. I had a very good experience with this company and will definitely use them again.

the price was reasonable - about the same as other quotes they arrived timely and finished fairly quickly they were clean, well spoken and kept us apprised of the situation this was done over a year ago - i like to write reviews after some time has elapsed to make sure there are no lingering negative issues - we have had no problems and we love the windows we would recommend to a friend

Everything went very smoothly, from our first contact until project completion. They cost a little more than the competition, but they offer a superior product. Much better than what you will find elsewhere. Installer did an excellent job.

They were excellent. They came and did the work then came back and worked around us on one occasion and they were just good.

Easy estimate with no pressure or hard sell. Had to reschedule install once because of cold but understandable. Once the install occurred it was easy and quick ~5 hours. I would highly recommend them.

It went very well. I was very impressed that Columbus Glass Block had given me a lifetime warranty on repairs, for the glass block windows. The windows which had been repaired and replaced by Columbus Glass Block, had been installed by them seventeen years ago, in 1997. Hence, there was no charge for labor or materials. Ms. Lillie Burton of Columbus Glass Block, who arranged for the repairs, was very courteous and professional. The technician whom she sent to make the repairs, Richard, was also very professional, and very technically proficient. In addition to doing very good work, pertaining to the repairs, he thoroughly cleaned both the inside and outside areas, of any glass debris. I was very impressed with his work!

The installer did an excellent job and was very kind and professional during the entire process. Had glass block installed for security purpose. And they look great!

Columbus Glass was good. They came in, worked frames, got out, did a good job as promised, and on time. Those black type, good jam, and competitively priced, I will hire them again if I needed more windows.

From the time I called for estimate to installation was 10 days. The associate who did the estimate (John) was very knowledgeable and offered several options. The installation was scheduled for a week later - the installer was prompt (even called ahead to let me know he was running 20 minutes late). The windows were installed in about half the time of estimate given previously. They are beautiful (almost too nice for a basement!). Also, Lilly (who works in the office) was very good with communicating the time of installation, name of installer, etc. I would certainly use again and highly recommend.

They were very good. We were very happy with them. They had to take out the old window and put these new one in and they did a superb job. It looks very nice. They were very professional and we like the way it looks. There was also no clean up problem at all. They were on time and it did not take them that long. They were very good.

They arrived when they said they would, got all the work done and even came back the next day to make sure everything was done correctly.
