Description of Work: Independent Health Services does all the water testing for my real estate sales. They are always accommodating to the time and needs of the home buyers and Sellers. I shall continue to use them in the future. I have used IHS for about 4 years now.

They use a tamper proof machine, and give you a report after that. They explain all about radon and what the test is showing. THey also give recommendations for what to do for mitigation, although that is not a service they provide, only testing.
Description of Work: They did a 24 hour carbon canister radon test.
