Installer was very professional and did an amazing job. Bathroom looks great!

It was a terrible experience working with them. Overcharged for just replacing a bathtub with wallcovering they charged me $6,700. I was missed guided and pushed to sign the contract thinking I could change for my kitchen project but later on discovered they do not do anything with kitchen at all. So I got stuck with the contract and have to order something worth $3000 of their services (everything is more expensive than I can get from another company.) In terms of the final product, the installation or the bathtub was okay but the wall beside the tub was mess up and the towel bar was removed and patched poorly too. I will never trust them nor use their service ever. I felt robbed and very unhappy.

Finished install on two bathrooms just as covid19 hit. Wanted someone to look at my one shower wall because elderly mother would be using it. Heavy glass only being held up on bottom and one side. they was they would contact me once they reopened. In May coropate from Columbus contacted me and I advised them they said they would put in an otder to contact me but to give them time. Called directly again towards middle of June and was told a message was being forwarded to the head of install as well as Jason but still no contact.

The bathroom install was done so professionally and the installer was just great. He went above and beyond what I asked him to do. I asked him to remove a towel bar and I would handle patching it and painting it and he patched it for me. I also asked him to hang a cabinet and after hanging it he made sure it would stay up by adding a couple more screws. I would recommend them to anyone needing a bathroom remodel. They go above and beyond what you expect them to do. Definitely worth the money.

The installer damaged our fan switch and have not fixed it after the mistake was reported.

Windows done right! We had our original 1978 windows in our home. They were out dated & completely inefficient. We looked around for windows and were really impressed with what *Improve It* hadn't offer & the affordability. We went from 21 leaky, out dated inefficient, unreliable windows to 11 GORGEOUS big open, beautiful sun giving windows! No more plastic on our windows!!! Easy to open & close, safety locks, tempered because of the ginormous size, safe & easy to clean! Win, Win!!! The crew was AMAZING!!! Not to mention how professional and courteous they were! All while working around and with 2 small children in the home. Fast, efficient, professional & gorgeous! We loved our experience enough to share with our family who just had their old windows replaced!!! Next project, BATHROOM!!!

Kyle was the installer and he was really great. He always was respectful and made sure to tell us multiple times what was going on in the install and had us check a few times on the progress. We were impressed with the company and the product during the first visit with TJ and we got a speech about how we could contact anyone in the company with questions - even the CEO. We had a question about the timing of the project and I called for 3 weeks and never heard a call back. I know COVID-19 meant people might not have been in the office, but not for 3 weeks. They just didn't want to answer my question. I was not impressed with that at all. It was a lot of money and I truly hope it lasts for as long as what we think it will. I'm just not sure I would spend that kind of money again on just a shower and tub, but if the quality truly is there then maybe so.

I had an issue with some of the products. I would preferred a more water resistant wall board, also the lack of use of shower pan liner. I feel that the workers were constrained on which products were used. The job was done on time and budget. Installers were very polite and explained things to me and answered my questions

The installers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I will recommend ImproveIt to anyone needing home improvement.

The work was completed in mid-January, but we are still waiting for the shower door. It is a standard door, I am not sure why it takes a month. This is a pricey option for a tub/shower, but is high-quality and guaranteed for life. They offer free annual inspections as well. Everything we well-communicated through the mid-January installation.

ImproveIT has a much higher cost than most remodelers, but makes up for it in how thorough they are. They cover 100% of the remodel from reinforcing flooring to remediating mold. All that is covered in their initial cost. What you pay is all you pay. The tubs are “custom” made in their own shop in Ohio so that’s nice, but all in all it’s really just a standard shower/tub combo. Nothing fancy. You break in to the 10s of thousands if you want anything outside their plastic products.

Professional, efficient, great follow-up, excellent product

After signing contract I decided I did not want to spend the $10,000 they wanted to remove my tub and install a shower. After explaining to them I did not want to pursue with their product, I keep getting calls about wanting to come out and measure, etc. I have told them flat out, I do not want to work with you, but they keep trying. As a senior citizen, after a 3.5 hour sales pitch I was numb . I felt like an interrogation from one of those TV shows where they shine a light into the suspects eyes.

Jury is still out. They installed the wrong windows. They made a poor offer for a discount to keep them. Opted for them to manufacture the correct ones. It's now 4 weeks later and still waiting.

When he arrived the technician was knowledgeable and professional. I was well satisfied with his work. I will use them again. My issues were with the scheduling department. I had to reschedule twice and extend the arrival time by 45 minutes.

I would like someone to call me and give me an update once a week I am spending a lot of money and all I am getting is a salesman time to give me an update HUH????????

Shower install went well but an awful lot of caulking to deal with using this system. They caulked the outside edges and ceiling with unpaintable caulk too. Old color was showing through. Had to remove and start over. Very expensive job but looks good now. Not sure how clear caulk will hold up over time. I would probably look for a different system if I had to do it over again.

A very enjoyable experience from start to finish. The project was completed on time . The installers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
