We have used for several projects over years. Gutter installation, new bath, new windows and new shower. Great service, polite and professional installers. Sales reps are not pushy and respect family needs and ability to do projects. Be a part of the family and you will use them for more and more projects. Great products, great warranty and totally awesome people.

Installers on time, courteous and professional. Detail oriented and concise. The finished project is gorgeous and beyond my expectations. Iâ m very glad to work with this company. They will be first to gain any future business. I highly recommend.

Not sure where to start! They are cons! I can tell you that, I originally hired them for my bathroom which was a disaster! Ended up getting about 60% off of my Patio door install due to the terrible service I received on my bathroom. I decided to ask them to do my patio door install because I thought that they would care more and be more professional. I was wrong it was worse! The family that came to install my patio door was rude! The Older guy just bossed his son around whom had no clue what he was doing. Then made a comment to me that my wife is here to keep people from talking to me. She was very stand off ish. Did not ask me to use the bathroom, just came in and used it. She sat like a creeper out in there SUV all day while her husband and son did the work. Then When they where bringing in the door they gouged a large whole in my ceiling and did not even say sorry or attempt to fix it! They where rude and very very unprofessional. Of course its covid and non of them wore masks. Not a one! I DO NOT Recommend this company to anyone. They will bribe you to keep quite about there employees not showing up and then f*** you over! Plus installs take 2 times as long as they say! DO NOT GO WITH THEM.

Improve It replaced the 15 windows in our house. The windows are well made and we.love them. The installer where very professional and did outstanding work. The whole process was worth the money. We are enjoying our new windows. We will be using them again when we do the second floor of our home.

These guys are worth the price to me. I had a few people out to quote me on a new tub, and I have to say I'm glad I went with Improve it. They were fast, clean, and my new shower looks great. They worked with me to get it exactly how I wanted it to look, and I couldn't be happier.

We had a great experience, from the initial presentation of their products to the final installation. The installer did a fantastic job, was on time, friendly and careful. We love the quality and appearance of the finished product!

Installers were extremely professional and efficient, no time wasted , and . . .they cleaned up very well afterward. I would definitely recommend this company. Everyone I talked to there was very accommodating and friendly; they wanted to do the job right from the beginning, unlike some other remodeling companies I have dealt with. Good job!

The install of the shower was awesome, Ben did a great job and kept us posted everyday as well as cleaned up every night. The crew that installed my shower doors also did a great job, very friendly and cleaned up nice.

Replaced 6 windows. Great price. Completed the job in a timely manner. Cleaned up well afterwards. Would recommend.

Installers were very professional and friendly. They did not leave until they had left the place spotless and I was totally satisfied with the job. We feel the effect of the windows already. The temperature in the house has stayed very even despite what is going on outside. The warranty is excellent!

Do not hire them. Do not hire them. Do not hire them. Our nightmare experience with Improve It began on 8/3/2020 and finished on 12/31/2020. Project - full remodel of 2 full bathrooms in 95 year old home. The initial sales call with Jeremy was a very positive experience, and went downhill after that. Jeremy portrayed himself (and the company) to be top-notch, professional, and high-quality from our first encounter. Unfortunately, our experience was everything but that. Jeremy himself disappeared about halfway through our job (granted supposed to be a week long project and it took almost 5 months...) and we were never provided any explanation as to his whereabouts or follow-up other than personal issues. From being told our house was his favorite project ever to dropping off the face of the earth - and no contact since, no follow-up, no assessment of satisfaction after the completion of the project. Nothing. The day we signed the contract was 8/5/20, we were told about 3rd week of September for install and roughly a 5 day job total for 2 bathroom remodel. We made it clear our house was built in 1925, would likely encounter plaster, original tile and fixtures, and some non-standard materials. Jeremy assured us every step of the way they were competent and fully capable of managing any challenge. After the David came out to measure on 8/25, we had no contact from the company for WEEKS. We had to beg for information at every step and calls to the project manager lines were fruitless. On 10/15/20, we were finally given an install date of 11/9 (after being told third week of September). When 11/9 came, many wrong items had been ordered, incomplete materials, and one excuse after another. Gary & Josh (installers) are quite capable and honestly should start their own company since they actually know what they are doing - Gary problem-solving and creativity is the ONLY thing that allowed our project to be finished. That being said, the number of errors with planning our project, ordering incorrect items and supplies, errors with measuring, miscommunication, lack of communication, poor planning, excuse after excuse, delays and poor execution is almost unbelievable - if I did not have 9 pages of documentation to prove it. For 3 weeks after the completion of our project, we continued to have leaking from a shower door and had multiple visits from Gary (and Mark Y.) to re-assess, reposition and attempt to correct the problem (each with more disruptions and delays in using the completed shower). I wish I had dug deeper for more reviews and information on this company because we spent a significant amount of money for almost 5 months of major disruption to our household and a painful project from start to finish. I live in a neighborhood of 80+ year old homes where folks are frequently looking for recommendations for remodeling/upgrades - and i am always quick to say, I can tell you who NOT to use! Would not recommend under any circumstances.

The Installation crew was punctual, courteous, professional and their workmanship was phoenominal! We had a TOTAL bathroom remodel done for two bathrooms! Master Bathroom involved installing a new shower, toilet, sink, vanity, lights and vent fan! The guest bathroom involved installing a jacuzzi tub, sink, vanity, toilet, lights and vent fan. Plus new flooring in both bathrooms! This company is the real deal! I highly recommend them for any home project. Their warranty is beyond compare!

IT HAS BEEN A GOOD FEELING ABOUT A PROJECT WHEN THE CONTRACTOR LEAVES AND EVERYTHING LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN THEY CAME, AND YOU ARE ULTIMATELY SATISFIED.

We had all of our windows and our front door replaced by ImproveIt. They were outstanding in every way. They communicated with us, were professional, and didnâ t cut any corners. The warranties are perfect and the savings on our energy bills have been really dramatic. We were paying over $500/month prior to the windows being replaced and they have dropped an average of $200 per month. I would highly recommend ImproveIt to anyone considering hiring them and we will be working with them again in the future for other projects.
