Given our situation and having a small budget to fix and update two bathrooms in our fixer-upper home, this was the best option for us. Our installer Josh and his partner Johnny really do a solid, good job and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. After Josh and Johnny were finished, ImproveIt sent another one of their installers to put up our glass shower door. He came in, took one look at the installation and said he couldnâ t install the glass door because of the shower pan installation not being level. Going into this project Josh and Johnny did have to fix the subfloor in the bathroom to make it more level and remove rot due to a previous contractorâ s incompetence. The second installer didnâ t even get a level out to check and see if the shower pan (installed by Josh) was level. He just kept insisting that it was a bad install and that the whole project had to be ripped out and started over. After he left I immediately called the office and demanded to speak with management regarding this issue. I was escalated to the VP because of how pissed we were. The next day, I received a phone call back from the regional manager who stated that they were sending Josh and Johnny back out to my home to complete the job because Josh documented on paperwork and had pictures throughout the whole tear out and rebuilding phases, the rebuilding of the subfloor to make it as level as possible. When Josh returned to complete the job, for peace of mind, I had him show me (with a level) that the shower pan was installed correctly and that it was level and square with the floor. Indeed, it was level and the shower door was installed finally completing our project. So, if you are in the Louisville area, request Josh as your installer to complete the whole project start to finish.

Do not. Just do not do business with them. They did the remodel on our master bath. We are 18 months out from when we signed the contract with them. We have had multiple leaks, all related to their installation, and the response from them has been practically non-existent. It has taken ridiculous amounts of my time to get responses from them. We are currently waiting to get the most recent issue fixed. It was reported close to six months ago. I was told that the parts needed were never ordered. Overall, it has been a miserable and frustrating experience and we wish we would go with someone else.

The installation crew was excellent. Very professional and kept us up to date on everything they were doing. One item was on backorder but received in a timely manner and was completed to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the completed project.

From beginning to the end of the project everything went smoothly. They showed up on time and cleaned up every day. Jerry and his crew were very friendly and professional. They met all expectations. Highly recommend!

My financing got screwed up and nobody tried to help me. My 6 months of no interest started after 30 days. The finance company said they would not do anything about it and I did not get any help from the remodeling company. I ended up paying twice as much as I should have after being told that the deal would not be good once the salesman left. Should have gotten more quotes.

All employees and service were great to work with. Sales pitch a bit aggressive but I was prepared to buy so it worked out. Quality excellent!

From start to finish, very courteous and easy to work with. They explained everything along the way. Also, they made sure we got items put where we wanted and if it was more efficient a different way they explained why. Still giving us the option of what we wanted. Cleaned up after themselves! They did an excellent job. They were on time, the project was completed without any problem and it fully met our expectations and their descriptions. They also kept a clean work area. The workers were friendly and kind.

The acrylic shower is an excellent product-easy to clean, looks good. I like it better than I thought I would. The service was great, professional workmanship and knowledgeable staff. Installation went extremely well, very little disruption to the home. I would recommend this company.

They did an excellent job. The contractors were professional, explained things to me along the way over video chat while I was at work and my husband was at home, cleaned up daily, and overall did a fantastic job. I would hire these guys again and recommend them to anyone!

We had all our windows replaced. Out of 14 windows the had to come back and replace one screen. They were great and when I called about the screen they had a great tech out here to replace it as soon as it was remade. Everyone we felt with in the company has been great and with Covid they did it as quickly as they could.

The sales pitch seemed like he was in a hurry to close the deal and didn't offer enough variations available for my tub replacement.

Over priced and had some questionable sales tactics. Wish we would have gotten other bids.

The sales rep was very convincing and had a lot of extensive proof of how low grade the company was all the references and everything else not too long after a man came out to measure and then shortly after that someone came for installation I got my windows done extremely quickly had a great price and I've never been happier my electricity bill has decreased my house looks beautiful would highly recommend this company and I can promise you from the bottom of my heart I will be using again for any further home improvement needs

Our experience with this company was great. I have already recommended them to some friends. They were efficient, cleaned up their own messes, and were friendly. We really like Chris, the salesman. We will definitely contact them when we need them. Our windows are great, too.

Company was easy to work with and very professional. Always able to contact them and speak with a person. The installer Barney was very knowledgeable and did a great job, and when they were finished cleaned everything like there werenâ t there. A+
