I am impressed at the quality of work they did. I am a little disappointed at one bit of information I was told by a salesman, but the work is quality and the team that came in left my house cleaner than it was when they came! Absolutely would recommend and I am considering having them do another more extensive remodel in the near-ish future.

Improveit was the third estimate we received. They took the time to show us how the windows functioned and why these windows were more energy efficient than others. After looking at each estimate, we chose Improveit and the experience was five-star! The installers were courteous they stayed busy the entire time and cleaned up each day. Our energy bill most importantly has dropped significantly and our house is finally comfortable! We are so surprised with how quiet the house is and we no longer here all the outside noise we heard in the past. We cannot wait for them to do our bathrooms!

Thank you Improveit! I had several estimates and invested a lot of time researching new windows. You guys delivered and lived up to everything you promised: Iâ m so happy I didnâ t settle for less. The installers were amazing- they went above and beyond my expectation. showed up on time and were so professional, 100% respected COVID protocol which I was very concerned With and when they were done showed me how to clean and maintain my new windows. Thank you again Improveit!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS Terrible company. Horrible communication between the contractors and company. Worse communication with the customer. They lie to you about everything. They dont haveâ their own crewâ to perform installations. Thatâ s a bold faced lie. They use crappy contractors who do low quality work. They have to come back over and over and over again to fix things. They did not install the shower drain pipe correctly which caused a flood and major damage to our 1st floor ceiling. Three crews came to spackle and paint. One was worse than the other. I now have to hire my own painter. AVOID Improveit at all costs.

They did a great job installing a shower and taking out the old tub. Installation is first class and Josh and his crew paid great attention to details, making sure we were happy with the entire project.

Got a guy was fantastic. Very professional and quality work.

They have not installed the tub shower yet. Just came took the 2nd measurements. I do not like the waiting but I am impatient wish they could get in to do 2nd measurements sooner so they could get started.

Pretty miserable experience overall. Constant phone calls from them as soon as we set up an account with Home Advisor. That should have been our warning. Sales person was very pushy and really stretched the truth about many of the features of the shower. We had a shower/bathtub installed the day before the COVID shutdown. It seemed like a very rushed job. We even had to ask the installers to stop smoking on our garage because it was traveling right up into our kitchen. Never heard another word from the company until the end of June when a rep called to follow up. We voiced some concerns and the rep made it seem like all these complaints were totally unacceptable work for this company and someone would be in touch to fix the issues. Long story short, we finally reached out to the owner of the company. He did call me back but three months later nothing is really fixed. Nobody seems to communicate with each other at this company. Every tech that showed up gave a different opinion. Maybe this company is fine if everything is perfect (and it should be at the price) but if there is a problem, good luck getting it resolved. On a positive note the materials seem very durable.

We just hired them today but everything was a positive experience. The gentleman who was here George, was friendly and knowledgeable about all questions that we had. We were very excited to be able to have them install a new shower for us if the experience with the future installation is as good as the experience we had with George today then this will be one of the best companies Iâ  ve ever worked with. I will write more as the process goes on but I do not expect anything but excellent work and complete cooperation with us as a family
