Long wait for materials. Then, installer was on again, off again. The quality of the the shower, tub, and cabinet was excellent. Toilet seat so so. Some caulking had to be redone. But overall it looks beautiful and we are pleased.

Employees not truthful when discussing timeline

It took awhile before the installation due to lack of supplies from the manufacturer but once it arrived they scheduled it within a few days and the shower looks great, very satisfied.

Work was good. Took 6 months to complete because of material shortage.

The new tub and walls are a dream. Soaker tub installed and this is the 2nd bathtub installed by this company. Will use them for other projects in the near future. Thank you for a fantastic job

The Beard Brothers were subcontracted to install our walk-in shower. It seemed very expensive to us, but I guess when you consider the price of a new car or something, it was probably about right. It's a super nice shower.

Customer service was great. Professional workers.

Excellent experience. Service personnel arrived on time, promptly checked on area to be repaired, explained the procedure, performed the repair and took some pictures to show me what he had done when he was finished. He was polite and helpful.

We love how our windows fit and look. The installation crew was courteous and professional and cleaned up everything after.

We bought total house window replacement over three years ago and needed a repair- technician was very friendly and seen the problem and when they was able to fit him in our area he completed our repair

Two of the safety latches had popped out. Improve It came out earlier than expected because of a cancellation. The 2 safety latches were replaced within 10 minutes.

This project took a long time to begin after we signed up but the product was installed professionally and quickly. We are happy either the results and would recommend this to others

We have had a few issues with fit and fogging up, but they have been good at getting the problem solved.

We have used for several projects over years. Gutter installation, new bath, new windows and new shower. Great service, polite and professional installers. Sales reps are not pushy and respect family needs and ability to do projects. Be a part of the family and you will use them for more and more projects. Not sure where to start! They are cons! I can tell you that, I originally hired them for my bathroom which was a disaster! Ended up getting about 60% off of my Patio door install due to the terrible service I received on my bathroom. I decided to ask them to do my patio door install because I thought that they would care more and be more professional. I was wrong it was worse! The family that came to install my patio door was rude! The Older guy just bossed his son around whom had no clue what he was doing. Then made a comment to me that my wife is here to keep people from talking to me. She was very stand off ish. Did not ask me to use the bathroom, just came in and used it. She sat like a creeper out in there SUV all day while her husband and son did the work. Then When they where bringing in the door they gouged a large whole in my ceiling and did not even say sorry or attempt to fix it! They where rude and very very unprofessional. Of course its covid and non of them wore masks. Not a one! I DO NOT Recommend this company to anyone. They will bribe you to keep quite about there employees not showing up and then f*** you over! Plus installs take 2 times as long as they say! DO NOT GO WITH THEM.
