They were professional even though theyvwere busy the took the time to answer all our questions. The installers were very quick and cleaned the mess created by replacing the windows. Recommend Improvement it for anyone that just wants the job done wright with a no fuss warranty.

Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation.

Improveit has made the entire experience easy. They kept me well informed. They followed up after the project was done to ensure everything was as promised. The workmanship and quality of materials were top notch. I completely recommend this company.

Improvit is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. We are so pleased with the windows. We replaced 25 windows including 3 window casements. From the non invasive sales pitch to the install we received excellent care and service.

Joe the rep. was very polite and informative. He gave great ideas and suggested financial assistance. It was more than I had in mind but I'm putting it on for maybe next year. It was more than I had expected. Other quoted similar pricing. Thank you for your time.

There were some complications and delays. I am pleased with the final result of my bathroom remodel. The quality of the product. Honest reliable company with great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Workers were courteous, answering all my questions and explaining what they were doing. Did good job in a good time frame and did great cleanup after the work was done.

They did a complete removal and replacement of our tub and shower. Everybody we have worked with has been responsive to all our questions and the products look great! Love that it has a lifetime warranty and we were able to take advantage of financing to make the project easier to afford.

Management was helpful

Very subtle high pressure sales tactics. Almost refuses to leave without a contract. (breaks a chair spindle and does not tell me). Miscalculates the job after rushing through payment approval. Then hounded by finance officer daily to contact lender to approve new cost. After finally getting approval for new loan I hear nothing for over 2 months as expected job start date (as told to me during sales pitch) gets within 2 weeks. Finally send email to company seeking details and 3 days later get a reply telling me typical start time is 10-12 weeks from signature. Still waiting call to say they are ready to install.

They’re very thorough in their work and the warranty is very very good.

Hard to tell for sure how much was due to the pandemic, but we hired them in July/early August and the project is just now finished. One problem was getting the shower door. Our major concern was lack of communication from the company about delays or why things were slow. We had to initiate calls about what the schedule might be. The work done is fine. Having worked with other contractors, I feel their professionalism would be improved with clearer **scope of work** and timeline in the contract.

We hired improve it! to replace the windows in the first floor of our 2 story home. Everyone was prompt to every appointment. The windows are easy to operate and improved the look of our home. Chris Harris, the designer was very courteous and did not use a high pressure sales tactics. He is a very friendly guy. The install team was here promptly and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain the operation of the windows and the guarantee. We are real happy with our decision to replace the old windows.

I am very pleased with my new bath. The installers were amazing and very courteous. I was very comfortable with them being in my home.

Ordered a shower replacement in April 2021 and probably will not be done until November 2021.

2 Bathrooms remodeled. Great job. Professional workers who were skilled and neat in their work. Had to have a service call 9 months after the completion for a minor problem and they came out , took care of it and were equally professional.

The work itself was great, but it took way to long to get the install items.

Work hasnâ  t started yet but materials have been ordered. So far customer service and Shannon haggerty have been great!

They refused to come and give an estimate or do repairs unless my wife was home. They would not explain why, they just said they worry sorry too? inconvenience? me.

They were professional and the work was performed on time. The installers were great and they cleaned up very well. The follow up customer service was great as well.

Seems expensive but if the overall quality of the purchase and warranty are as described, it will be well worth itâ s cost. Very friendly and professional. They seem to put their customerâ s satisfaction in all areas first.
