+ -1 moreAfter numerous attempts on my part and by Angie's List no appointment was scheduled. After so many attempts with no response, I would not have let these people in my house.
Description of Work: After initial email when I bought the service in Nov. 0f 2014, I was unable to contact them to schedule appointment. Contacted customer service at Angies List and they made every effort to contact IClean LLC on my behalf. IClean never got in touch with me. I don't know if they have gone out of business because when I called their number it said it had been temporarily disconnected..

+ -1 moreShe did what I expected. The fridge really needed a good going over. She removed all the shelves etc. I had removed the food. And the fridge looked terrific. The rest of the kitchen was also well done with particular detail to the floors, cabinets, ceiling fan, and counters. I asked my girl her name for future reference.

Description of Work: I purchased 3 hours of deep cleaning in my kitchen. After a number of reschedules I was finally able to use this service. Although they did a good job on my fridge and oven the countertops were at best wiped down. The floor was supposed to be cleaned as well although it was at best cleaned with a wet swiffer, not mopped as agreed upon.

+ -1 moreThe kitchen was cleaned thouroughly, cleaned the inside of the stove and refrigerator, cabinets, counter tops, floors The work was done well. I felt the ad for the deep clean was unclear. It said 3 hours of cleaning for either kitchen or 2.5 baths and indicated the above services and mentioned cleaning pantry and emptying and cleaning drawers and cupboards. When the ad said buy one or both, to me that meant either the kitchen or the 2.5 baths, not the cupboards and cabinets OR the thorough kitchen cleaning.

+ -1 moreWe needed the house cleaned for my birthday dinner. We never hired a house cleaning professional before. They left a business card on our door, so we decided to give them a try. And it went very well. They came and gave us a free estimate. They said that we needed a deep cleaning and it would take 6 hours (1 person). Two ladies came on a Monday morning and cleaned for 3 hours. They used their own products. They were efficient and very nice. When they were finished our house looked spotless! They offered to keep coming back for regular cleaning. I will definitely used them again! We know they are just starting their cleaning business, but we highly recommend them!!
Description of Work: They did a deep cleaning. Two ladies cleaned for 3 hours. They cleaned my kitchen, living room, 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms.
