Hi, Angie's List allows me to respond so I will explain this rating. This year has been very busy with moving house and having a new baby! I regret letting my business communications go neglected. She did a great job cleaning. She was able to get all the pet hair off the couches. She also did a great job on the floors and bathrooms. You could tell she took time to make it look really good.

Everything went great. She was a few minutes late, but she is very sweet and accommodating. She stayed a little over her time, which was nice, she got a few things done that I didn't think she would be able to. She is very easy to communicate with, and is open to suggestions. This was a great experience, I have hired her since this first visit, and I plan to continue using her services.

She does an excellent job. I especially like that she is a green cleaner. She uses environmentally safe products. She doesn't use anything that is toxic at all. She does great with dusting, vacuuming, and thorough cleaning.
