Description of Work: I purchased a deep cleaning and they would not schedule nor provide a refund. They would not respond to emails or calls. They took my money and provided zero service. They stole from me. Beware!!!!!

Description of Work: I checked around after they left, there were some areas that could have been cleaned, like the ceiling fans. Don't think they stayed for the whole time . It was a lot of work, but it could have been better. Thanks Suzanne

Description of Work: I contracted with them to do a deep cleaning. I scheduled a date and then decided we were having some remodeling done so contacted them in plenty of time that I would reschedule after the work was finished. Received word back that was no problem and let them know a week before I wanted them to come. I contacted them I was ready and asked if September 28th was available . This was a week plus before that date. I received a note from them asking if September 22nd would work. I answered no ( I am caregiver for my 95 year old mother , who needs 24/7 care in her home and have outside help only certain days) and listed other days close to that date that would work for me. I received an email telling me to obtain a refund from Angie's . I responded that I did not want my money back I wanted the service I had paid for, and if the 22nd was the only day they had I would make arrangements so I could be there. I received an email telling me they would come, and do a good job, but if I rescheduled again I would need to get a refund. I rescheduled once, and told them a date they asked me if it would work for me, that it would not. I don't consider that excessive and did not appreciate being reprimanded by them. The deal was for a deep cleaning, oven, refrigerator, basement. I did tell them the oven and refrigerator did not need cleaning, however, they did not go into the basement, and there is a finished room down there. The lady who came was pleasant, did not speak Engish, but smiled a lot. I will not use them again. Sorry, I have put off rating them because I feel bad but I keep receiving notices saying I need to do it.

Description of Work: UN BE LIEVABLE JOB!!!! I have had many people clean for me and none have ever been this thorough, this kind, this wonderful!!! They will be cleaning my home twice a month as well as my boyfriends home once a month!!!

Description of Work: Heraldo and Edna are a terrific couple who are very eager to please their customers. This was our first time with them, and we were very impressed with their efficiency and thoroughness. We gave them a list of specific jobs to do, including clean two bathrooms, living room, dining room, ceiling fan, cathederal ceiling with wood rafters, bank of indirect flourescent lights, two-story high stone fireplace and front entry. They also vacuumed two sets of long draperies and steam cleaned the stone fireplace. They finished within their original estimate of 2 to 3 hours of combined effort. We definitely will use their services again in the near future.
