It went well. Jim was prompt, professional and does quality work. I trust him to do what he says he will and to do the work properly.
Description of Work: I needed the hot water hookup for a washer to be repaired or replaced.

I had been referred to Jim by my condo association. Supposedly, he knows our units extensively. The first time I called it was several days before I heard back. When I did, he told me where the shut off should be located. After checking in the location, I realized the shut off was not there. I called Jim again and asked him to call back so we could scheduled a time for him to come to my place to help me find the shut off. After a few more days, he called back and said he MIGHT be in the neighborhood on Saturday (which would have been two or three days later than that particular call) and would call me if he was so he could come out for a consultation. That Saturday was over a week ago now, and I have not heard from Jim for about 10 days now. I called EcoPlumbers on Monday and had them come out to do the work.
Description of Work: I wanted Jim to help me find the water shut off for my condo.
