This transaction was my fourth with Deb and Jerry. Deb strongly suggested one reasonable "improvement" to get my rental condominium sold - and she provided me with a terrific contractor referral. You guys were great. The buying and selling process is always stressful. To top it off, I don't generally enjoy working with realtors, who in the past have made me feel like I should be the one making concessions. Deb was a great selling agent, and nailed the listing price. We had offers at 25k over asking, and she knew what was reasonable to ask the buyers, and where we should pick our battles. She was great.
