They did a fantastic job. The Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds are especially delicate and seem to be dirt magnets. They came out beautiful, looking like new, and in perfect working condition. Shauna went above and beyond by noticing some of the brackets were getting worn and cracked. She arranged to get the replacements from Hunter Douglas for us which is just amazing customer service since she was there to clean, not repair. The process was extremely convenient. Shauna removed each blind one at a time, took them out to my garage, where she has set up her cleaning equipment, and about 20 minutes later, brought the blind back in looking new and re-hung the blind. I was able to keep working and my son was able to take one of his college courses online while Shauna worked. She was as quiet as you could be inside the house and none of us heard the cleaning equipment going from in the garage. If you're thinking about getting your blinds cleaned, especially the fabric ones, do it. The results are great and this company knows what it's doing and does it extremely well.

They were excellent. They are also coming on Friday. They did shades throughout the house. While he was putting up the shade on the patio door. He noticed there was a black dot on it. It was a pretty good sized shade. He ordered a new one. Came back in a couple of weeks and hung it again. I hardly noticed the black spot. But he noticed it. He was very, it was no problem. He showed it to me. We will fix it for you. We will order you a new one and that is what they did.

Absolutely awful! I did not pick up my custom blinds for two months after cleaning was completed. Without notice to me, they threw away two of the four custom blinds I took in for cleaning siting they did not have room to store them. They are blinds that roll up to nothing and why throw away only two? The owner lied and said there were holes in two of them that did not have holes in them when I took them in nor did he call me to say there were holes in two of them. There was one excuse after the next. The customer service was the worst I ever experienced from a business. I will never return to do business with them for any reason.

My comments probably cannot do the experience justice. From start to finish, we definitely got what we paid for. They were not the cheapest option, but they were not the most expensive either. The service was everything you would expect from the "buy local" small business. It was custom, personal, and they found creative ways to put sprinkles on the cupcake of customer service. Would strongly recommend that you give Jeff and the team at Home Source a chance to earn your business!

It went absolutely wonderful. They go into an accordion and disappear into the window. A couple of the shades didn't want to go up right and they came back out and said that the windows were too big for that type of shade. They apologized and told me to pick out whatever I wanted. They took them all down and put up the new ones. They were gracious and great. Anyone that is looking for draperies or shades should check into this company because, they are very good. They brought samples of materials and shades so I could see what it would look like in my house. The guy that owns the company came out and showed me everything. When it came time for the installation, one guy came out. He put them up and it took him about two hours. He cleaned it all up. They are a little pricey and I feel they are really worth it.

The steamer they used is something that you can pick up at Lowe's for $10, so I would just do it myself next time. It did not do very good work at all. All of the drapes still have wrinkles.

They ordered the blinds and arranged for us to get the best possible discount using factory rebates and coupons. They installed the blinds and everything was done perfectly. There were no mistakes. We love the new shades.

The person who came out to look at the work that needed to be done was open to repairing the old blinds, but determined that was not the best course of action. I was on a tight timeline. He understood the special circumstances and expedited the process as much as possible. The actual installers were neat, polite, quick and very thoughtful. They did a nice job.

They are a great company. They are the nicest people and they are completely service oriented. There was no charge for that service because I bought the blinds from them. When I bought the blinds last year it was $6000.

My first contact with the company was when I, on the spur-of-the-moment, decided to stop in and see what was available in blinds that might work in our living room. They were quite busy when I went in, but the receptionist was quite willing to show me what some of the options were and how the different blinds operated (who knew there were so many choices??). There is a substantial area in the store with samples of each of the types of blinds and shades available. This was invaluable, to be able to see and feel how the different operating systems worked! I then set up an appointment with Ron to come to my house so I could look at samples of colors in the area where I wanted them. Ron took the measurements and was very helpful in pointing out pluses and minuses to different options. He was even willing to leave a small sample so that I could show my husband what I was considering. By this point I had decided that I wanted to change the blinds in the family room too! Ron explained their expanded warranty coverage (included in the price.) The blinds were ready for installation about a month later - The quality of the product was outstanding and installation was quick and flawless - I couldn't be happier! The only thing that I decided (after using the blinds for a few weeks) was that I wanted the cords shorter than the were - no problem, they came out and adjusted them to my liking and showed me how I could make changes if they still weren't where I wanted them. ***I have since contacted them about a further window treatment above and around the one set of blinds - once again they responded quickly to my call and I am now awaiting software photos of different possible treatments - GREAT service!

The fabric blinds I took had not been cleaned in over 6 years and were an absolute mess. Jeff made no promises to get them clean, but did promise he would try his best. I knew they were a lost cause, but hey they were only 30.00 to clean and if they didn't come clean and I wanted to purchase new blinds, the 30.00 went to the cost of the new blinds. The blinds were a disaster and could not be improved. I had a price range to work with and Jeff made sure to get me the best deal for my money. I have hardly ever had a company work so hard for me when I wasn't even sure I was going to be a customer yet.

Ron assisted us and was very helpful from start to finish. Although we had received quotes which would have gotten our job done for less of an expense, we trusted Ron, and depended on his recommendations for window treatments that would look beautiful and last the 20+ years we expect to be in our home. Ron was punctual and very nice to deal with as was the rest of the staff. We will consult with Home Source Interiors again for future projects.

We love the vertiglides! They are pricey, but good. We did have one minor issue with the magnets on the split-stack vertiglide, but Home Source quickly fixed that. We are pleased and recommend them.

I contacted HomeSource to clean two large panel drapes in my home. Two representatives from HomeSource arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work to set-up the scaffolding and cleaning supplies. Before they could start the cleaning process they had to remove a lot of cat hair -- the suede drapes are like a magnet for cat hair. The workers were very personable -- we had a good laugh over the amount of cat hair they removed -- one would think I had a houseful of cats, but that's not the case. This is the second year I have hired HomeSource to come to my home to clean my drapes. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any service they provide -- the quality of work along with fair pricing is a homerun for me.

Very responsive. Very accommodating of my schedule. Ron came out and wrote up an estimate within a few days of my call. Shades came in about 2 1/2 weeks later (as promised) and Brian came out a few days later to install them. he did an excellent job. The openings to be covered offered a few challenges, but he did not seem to have a problem working around them. The shades look great!

We are very pleased. Ron and his entire staff were very helpful and courteous throughout the whole project. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

They are pricey, but we got what we paid for. The detail on everything is excellent. They were always timely. The installation was well done, and everything looks beautiful. We are very, very happy with Home Source Interiors.

Home Source Interiors was hired to come to my home to dry clean 2 large and heavy drape panels. When Ron and Jeff arrived (on time) they first gave me an estimate and I agreed to the price. They brought their dry cleaning equipment in and started working right away. They moved furniture out of the way and were very careful not to disturb any of my belongings. They were finished in about 2 hours -- they moved the furniture back where it belonged and cleaned up as if they were never here.

They were very professional and good. I would use their services again.

We ordered the blinds, selecting the colors/types for each room. The order came in earlier than expected and installer was on time, efficient, professional and helpful in answering any questions I had about care of the blinds. I do not have any complaints about my experience with this company.

We used there services for our new condominium based upon Angie's List reports and scores. This a small family run company. Cheryl, Ron and Jeff Garrett are very nice, hard working people. They are very conscientious, helpful and responsive. They do a very good job of keeping you posted on the status of a pending project. We worked with them from May through early December, 2008 on various projects. We would gladly use them again. Cheryl offers many good ideas and is very experienced. They are also pragmatic about using customer's dollars.

Stopped in the Home Source location after reading good reports on Angie's List. Found Jill friendly and extremely helpful. Arranged a home appointment. Jill arrived promptly and was courteous and professional as she assisted me in making my selection. I was kept advised as to the expected delivery time and process and window treatment arrived timely. The installation person was prompt, courteous and professional. Treatment was installed and old treatment removed. Window treatment was even more beautiful than I expected. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I will definitely use Home Source Interiors again.

Home Source was very knowledgeable about their products. They were prompt in getting back to me with cost estimates and scheduling work to be done. I found them to be a pleasure to work with. They always cleaned up after themselves and made sure I knew what additional work could be done to improve a problem. They were also helpful in recommending other contractors, which was a great help with us being new to the area.

Very nice. It took him about a week to get the job finished. Very pleased.
