They did a great job

This company was excellent. Fast service, very responsive,great people and very hard workers. Got the job done and cleaned up well.Nothing negative to report.

The lack of communication and follow-up with issues has been a really trying experience for me. I am still waiting for a resolution on an issue. The roof itself looks great, but the promise to handle issues has yet to be determined.

Daryl the sales rep went through the initial process thoroughly and explained everything about the project. Lauren made sure the scheduling went smoothly. There was an issue with the dumpster placement at first and she was able to take care of it right away. Walter and his crew exceptional throughout the installation of the roof and answered any questions I had throughout that project. I would highly recommend the crew and home genius exteriors.

I'm very pleased with my new roof. The estimator was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions/concerns & courteous. Installers did a great job & cleaned up when they were done. Project manager kept me informed each step of the process. He used a drone to take pictures of the finished roof. He too was knowledgeable & courteous. This project exceeded my expectations. The project was completed one week after the estimate.

Original install did not go great but the company did come back and redeemed themselves

The team came in and got the job done when promised, actually the were able to get the job started earlier then promised. Very Happy with the work.

They were very professional. They came in morning and was done by lunch. Everything was cleaned up. Then came back to do final sweep and check on everything. Very pleased with my new roof

I contracted with this company to replace my roof. Work was supposed to start Thursday. Didn?t start till Friday. Supposed to be here onSunday no show. Called the manager after 4 days. Said get your stuff out of here I?m going with another company. He said he was calling their legal department that there was no time frame on the contract. So my roof has to be open to the elements until you decide to get a crew there? Sue me

Good price and a good job well done

The company was great to work with. They got me scheduled in rather quick. Lauren was very informative about any concerns I had. Walter and Jacob did a great job with their crew. And the crew new what to do and got it done. They did a very nice job.

The entire project from start to finish was a success. All employees were professional, did the work in a timely fashion, and the roofing job quality was excellent. I asked for the work to be completed within 1-2 weeks, and the work was done within a week. I would highly recommend this company for future projects.

This project was conducted professionally from start to finish. The salesperson , Tim, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. There was no pressure. Lauren, the production coordinator, was able to handle all our concerns. The installation crew was phenomenal! Their work ethic and construction skills were amazing. Walter, the project manager, was in constant communication with the crew leader to make sure everything worked smoothly. We highly recommend this company.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. We had an unforeseen problem arise and they dealt with it very well and we were able to get all of our gutters replaced. They look great.

This group performed their jobs with extreme professionalism. From the front office to the estimater who presented the procedure and cost of the project. Even though we had a few days of rain, they continued working until they just had to stop. Sometimes being really soaked before coming down. That's dedication to doing a job.
