The process was longer than expected but did not affect our day to day lives. The contract was signed in late August and finished beginning of December. While drywalling, a hole was created in the bathroom door which was not going to be replaced. Tony, a contractor, apologized and replaced the door without hesitation. The workers always cleaned up after themselves. Tony and Tom were punctual at returning calls or calling to let us know when they were at the house and what they were working on. My husband and I are very pleased with the finished bathroom!

We spoke to 4 different contractors and Tom was by far the most professional. All the workers were great to work with and had substantial experience. They took care of all the little details and were easy to work with. All the work was done in a timely fashion. We love our new kitchen and would definitely use this company again.

Company president discussed what I wanted to do, gave me a reasonable assessment of my project, brought door samples showing wood and stain combinations, gave detailed estimate. After I accepted the estimate, cabinets were measured, and cabinet material and door hardware were ordered. 95% of installation was done over a three day period. Everyone I dealt with from this company was skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The cabinets are beautiful. The materials are high quality.

They worked for two days and did a magnificent job! I did not want to sell the house because the kitchen looked so great! The work was exceptional and they worked within our budget needs.

They were good! They did a good job, and they were very easy to work with. They were very responsive and took care of the minor issues that came up. They were professional and patient as well.

I was very satisfied, in general. He did a good job. He was really good to work with. We had to relocate while the house was being remodeled. We were able to sit down with him and work on floor plans. Closets were expanded. It was amazing how he was able to open up the house. He did a real good job. He listens and will work with you. I am very happy with the results.

My experience with them has been so far so good. Everything looks pretty good so far. They are a couple of little things but I think they are going to work it out.

The work was done when they said they would and the workers did a terrific very detailed installation. When it was finished it looked so nice I wanted to keep the house!!

It has been several weeks since Mr. Defibaugh came to speak with us regarding our remodel. Since then we have had no phone calls and no communication regarding the estimate.

They did a super job. They installed a new sink and back-splash. They cleaned up wonderfully everyday, you could not even tell they were here. He was the only detailed estimate I received. He maintained contact he whole time they were working and gave me his cell phone number so I could reach him.

He stopped by to pick up a check for other work that he had done for me. He had done a good job and I wanted to see what he could do for my porch. he said he would follow up but never called me back.

Phenomenal! All of the sub contractors were very prompt and courteous. They always cleaned up after each work day.

Home Craft did very good work. The salesman, Tom, was nice to work with and the final job done was very nice. Most of the hiccups during the job were in communication (e.g., toilet and lid installed was not the same as in the contract, grout requested wasn't passed on to who needed to know, etc.), which was a bit frustrating, but they did work with us to resolve everything that came up. All in all, we appreciated their work and willingness to respond when the issues came up. We also appreciate the job done - it turned out very nice.

They were excellent and did great work! I had to call them back about something, and they came right out and fixed problem which was very nice.

Tom was a joy to work with - Very professional. His staff are a great bunch of guys. Very friendly and engaging. The electrician was knowledgeable and did his job but seemed in a rush, like he didn't want to be there and he left messes behind. I never met the plumber.

I had looked at allot of refacing company's and everything looked so cheap. When Jack the sales manager came out to the house and showed me their cabinet doors which were all wood I was sold. Tony called and set up the time to measure everything. When he came out he was so nice, he also was there if I had any questions. The new pantry is just great, it has 4 sliding draws and holds all my food products. They installed sliding draws in two other cabinets as well. Lonnie, the young man who did the installing work, was great! He stayed with his work and had everything done in 2 1/2 days. He cleaned up his work before he left every day. I love my new kitchen, it looks like we installed brand new cabinets. I would recommend this company to anyone. The price was a little more then anywhere else I had looked at BUT, the quality is far above the others.

Home Craft did a great job! They asked us for feedback as the job progressed to be sure we were happy with the construction. They removed all debris and cleaned daily. The job took longer than expected partially because one wall was bowed which was a pre-existing condition. Tom Defibaugh from Home Craft noticed the problem after measuring for the granite counter and took the initiative to contact us about how to minimize it before the granite was cut. This added a week but in the end, it was the smart thing to do. We also wanted the smallest toilet we could find. We did not know we had a 14" rough in and had purchased a toilet for a 12" rough in. So our toilet was over 3" from the wall. Home Craft tried to fix this too but could not get it all the way back to the wall. They also offered to change the tank to a 14" rough in size but we declined because it was a bigger tank. This is the only flaw in our beautiful new bathroom!

It is hard to get this company to come out and finish the work. One of the painters was poor in his clean up. They leaked water into our laundry room which made it down to the basement. The finished product is good. The main complaint is that it has taken quite a while to get everything done, but the work looks good.

Went very well. Completed basically as planned and at price. Very cooperative. Main craftsman Lonnie was outstanding.

Overall, we were very happy with the job - and love the new bathroom. The craftsmen that work directly for Home Craft are outstanding - very professional, very skilled, and very punctual. The tile guy was also very talented, hard working, and professional. The other sub-contractors, however, are hit or miss. The electrician (a sub) was often late, or did not show up when scheduled - but seemed to do good work. The plumber (also a sub) really seemed to be in over his head on this job. The plumber was argumentative, roughed in a number of items incorrectly (even with all of the measurements in front of him), and overall just did not seem to have much experience with large jobs in older homes. If we were to hire this company again, we would make sure that this plumber was not used.

After great debate, we decided to have it patched for now to buy time to decide exactly what we would like to do in the long term. That way we won't feel rushed to select materials. The estimate was below others, and included a few extra things for a more complete job. When I called to say that we would not be hiring them, he was still helpful and courteous. Once we decided what we wanted, we will likely be calling them again.

We had a complete remodel of our master bathroom. A dividing wall was removed. A large walk-in double shower was installed and tiled. Floor was tiled. A custom made cabinet (made to look like free-standing cabinet) with double sink was installed. A pocket door was added to replace the doors between bedroom and bathroom. The cabinet is really beautiful and was designed and made to incorporate our ideas. New plumbing was installed to add second shower and second sink. The quality of the workmanship is simply outstanding. Everything looks amazing and we love our new bathroom.

After completing some interior remodeling with this company we found they could also do exterior siding. Based on our excellent experiences with the kitchen and bathroom remodeling jobs, we decided to have them do the exterior work. Everything went very quickly and it looks outstanding.

I completely recommend Home Craft! I got estimates from three other contractors, and these guys were right in the ballpark with everyone else. They also provided computer generated drawings with the estimate to help me visualize their ideas. The project took just over a month and went perfectly. The only cost overages were because of materials that I chose to upgrade. Every week, Tony would let me know what the plan for each day was (Monday the electricians will be there, Tuesday and Wednesday the dry wall guys, et cetera), which helped us manage our expectations (when the electricians come, it doesn't really look like anything "happened" that day). The different crews left the work area VERY neat every single day, to the point that there was never a day we couldn't walk through the space (important when it comes to letting the dogs out several times a day). I would leave them notes with questions or information every few days, and everything was resolved with no fuss or drama.

My initial call was 11/14 and left a message. He called back the next day (11/15) and had company over and couldn't speak with him. He arranged to call back 11/20. He has yet to call. I called again 11/24. As of 11/29, I still have not yet heard back from him. This was very discouraging.
