+ -1 moreWe needed to repaint our kitchen and living room to make them neutral for selling our house and I am currently pregnant. Joel worked with us to accomplish this during the week of Thanksgiving so we could minimize my exposure to paint fumes. He did a great job--we had very dark colors and we had wallpaper in the kitchen. It is all thoroughly covered now. The painting looks great and the clean-up was thorough.
Description of Work: Painted our entire kitchen, nearby hallways, staircase and living room (with vaulted ceilings).

+ 1 moreMr. Maddox met with us at our convenience and provided us a quick turn around on the estimate. He was prompt and professional. The work was completed in good time and every detail was attended to as we requested. When the job was completed, every part of the job was finished.
Description of Work: Mr. Maddox painted our house and refinished the hardwood floors. His work was very good. He and his team removed the furniture, completely painted the interior of our home. Then Mr. Maddox took up the old (old!) carpet and padding, some of which had dissolved into the oak flooring. Mr. Maddox disposed of the carpet, cleaned the floors -- which was very challenging. All the details of the paint and floor work were attended to completely: no paint on the hinges, switch plates or outlet covers. Every bit of the work was finished so beautifully. The house looks beautiful. Mr. Maddox himself, moved the furniture back into the house and arranged it. The walls are fresh and clean, the oak floors are lovely. The house looks so warm and inviting!
