Overall, the crew employed was loud and unprofessional. I had many complaints from my tenants, and these are tenants who we have good relationships with who where expecting some disturbance, but not to the level the crew went. This included playing music loud enough to be heard all the way down the street and yelling all day as they worked. Site lead had a hose 'break' on him and went on a swearing spree for over 5 minutes (we timed him after we asked him to stop).
Description of Work: Have a commercial 6 unit, 3 story building that needed stucco replaced on 3rd floor and other minor work. Contract items where not completed as defined. Stucco final appearance was good, but overall work cut a lot of corners. Original stucco was to be removed completely, crew only broke off loose stucco and mudded over the other. They were to replace an eroded stone header with a wooden one over a window, they filled with expanding foam and mudded over. They were to replace wood fascia where it was rotted out, but didn't. In addition, the crew put a plank from my building to a neighbors slate roof without permission, causing damage to his roof. Also, they were to cap a chimney, but did not do that either.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THIS COMPANY DID. THE TEAM HE SENT OVER WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK AND IT LOOKS VERY GOOD.
Description of Work: PUT NEW STUCCO ON A 2-STORY ADDITION.

I CHOSE HILLIARD WALL SYSTEMS AFTER MEETING WITH 3 COMPANIES EVEN THOUGH THEY WEREN'T THE LEAST EXPENSIVE OF THE BIDS. THEY CAME IN THE MIDDLE, BUT THE OWNER TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME AND EXPLAIN IN DETAIL WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HOW HE WOULD DO IT. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS TO MY SATISFACTION AND DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING I DIDN'T NEED AS ONE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES DID. HE AND HIS HELPERS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN THE TIME HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE. IF I EVER NEED ANY MORE STUCCO WORK DONE, I'LL CALL HILLARD WALL SYSTEMS FIRST.
Description of Work: THE STUCCO ON MY CHIMNEY WAS CRACKED AND FALLING OFF IN PLACES, THE HOUSE IS OVER 30 YEARS OLD. HILLIARD WALL SYSTEMS CAME OUT AND PUT A NEW UNDERCOAT OF "MUD" AND A FINISH COAT TINTED TO MATCH THE EXISTING STUCCO OVER THE WHOLE CHIMNEY.
