They did a fabulous job. They were so professional. They stayed on the job until it was completed. It went without a hitch. I highly recommend them.

They came and did a couple of repairs that the other company didn't want to do in accordance to the contract that we had.

They come out twice and do all the clean up and then they haul the material away. They do well but they're not excellent. We've used them for two years now.

I sent them a message through Angies List and they responded saying that they no longer provide that service. Please update their info on Angies List. They did respond to my query promptly.

Fabulous! Everything went smoothly and efficiently. He was very friendly and provided education around the problem. He fixed the issue and provided an email summary which was a nice touch! Very pleased with their work!

They replaced the air conditioning and furnace. Also, installed new thermostat and humidify. They were very punctual. They have estimate and installed all within a week of estimate. They did a good job being cleaning inside and outside of the house. They answered all questions and gave several options on what we could do. It came with 10 year Train warranty along with 1 additional year of labor warranty.

Brian was extremely professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and resolve it. I will be using Hetter for any of my future HVAC needs.

I have been using this company for years! Chuck is usually my technician and one of the reasons I have chosen to stay with Hetter. Prices are reasonable and fair. Chuck is always very courteous and professional. He goes over everything with me each time to keep my ac and furnace performing at their best.

On Tuesday 1/20/2015 I awoke to find my home without heat on what was the coldest day so far of our winter. Having delt with Hetter Heating and Cooling for repair service some 5 years earlier with a positive result, I called them. On what was most likely one of their busiest days, they not only responded quickly,I recieved calls with in 30 min.frome 2 different HVAC technicians.with suggestions and assurance that one was on his way over,and one was at my home within an hour of my first call to Hetter! After the tech determined that my furnace was not reparable a salesman was at my door with options for replacing my worn out unit. There was no hard sell at any time, only facts and options. Not only was the choice I made in stock at their warehouse, but they had an instation team at my home the next day! Not only am I happy with the results of my dealings with Hetter Heating and Cooling, but I highly recommend them to anyone who need ANY type of help with heating or air conditioning!! L.

While I ultimately went with another company for the purchase and install of the heat pump and furnace, I would not hesitate to call Hetter again in the future. I thought that their response and service for getting an estimate went above and beyond and was deserving of a review. There were plenty of 'big companies' that didn't even bother to return my call. Kevin offered space heaters for the cold weekend, and gave me a lot to think about as I made my decision. He even took the time to look into my questions about qualifying for an AEP rebate and found a system that would do so. Ultimately I chose the other company because they were the first one I had called, had troubleshooted the problem with me both on the phone and in person, and had earned my trust as well. So out of respect, I went with them. However, my experience with Kevin and Hetter let me know that the prices were competitive and that there were other options out there. Had I called Hetter first to look at the broken unit, I most likely would have purchased a new one from them instead. Like I said, I would definitely consider them in the future.

We recently purchased our house and the furnace stopped working. Hetter is a contracted company that works for our home warranty company. They called us on Monday after I contacted the home warranty company and scheduled for someone to come out Wednesday. We were informed that someone would be out between 12-4 and Jason called at 12:02 to say he was 20-25 minutes away. It was great that we weren't left waiting forever not knowing when someone would show up. The problem was quickly diagnosed and work began on it right away. Because it is covered by our home warranty, there was no cost to us.

Jason was great! Prompt, efficient and polite. Hetter is the service provider my home warranty company uses and Jason had come out in the middle of winter to service two units that were freezing over. Since those repairs were covered 100% by my home warranty there was no cost involved. I decided to use Hetter for my annual maintenance based on that winter call. The people that answer the phone are great. I always get a call back telling me what's happening and they're always on time. I would definitely recommend Hetter to anyone looking for a heating and a/c company.

We purchased a new home in Lewis Center in April 2014 and our AC went bad in June of the same year. After contacting a few companies, I came across Hetter using the BBB. Rick came out to the house and gave us a few options. He also took a look at the furnace and said that it was operating fine, but being 20 years old, that it would be time to replace it with a more efficient furnace in the future. We decided that he was right and the price of both units were very fair when comparing to other companies that I called. The crew came out and worked hard all day. They were clean and took care of business. The guys were polite and professional and we felt comfortable having them in our home. Rick was very good to us and I wanted to make sure that I put that on Angie's list. Better late than never!

The tech found a hose that was sloped and the drain was blocked so he fixed it, cleaned it and let me know about it. There was a major furnace part there that he said was recalled and up to a year ago, they were replacing them pretty much for free or at a cheaper rate and now its going to cost me. He doesn't know how mine lasted long any way. I think they should have let me know upfront when I had them install that unit that there was a problem or a potential problem with it at the time. I felt let down by that when they said I may need 11,00 dollars if they were to come out and fix this which they recommended that I get done. Other than that, I haven't been disappointed with any work they've done up until hen.

They were very comparable so I used them. They are reliable and punctual. They are very clean and prompt and they called before they came. They are very professional.

My heater was blowing out cold air, I called Hetter heating & Cooling and scheduled a appointment. They schedule me from 12p-4p. 12 came no one show up, 4 came and no one show. when I call back at 4:30 to ask what happening the representative was extremely disrespectful to me screaming they will come when they are less busy. I called back at 5:30 and another rep said told me they are close and that there's nothing they can do. I have a new born baby that just came home. So upset at this company.

The pricing was reasonable. They also provided us with space heaters as part of the deal.

I did research prior to going with Hetter. I had 3 estimates and Hetter seemed to be the best. Their follow-up was good - I've not had any problems since.

Cleaning the burner and flame sensor did not resolve the problem. The water heater only worked for less than 8 hours after cleaning. The water heater was working when the service technician left. He indicated that if the problem persisted that they would not be able to obtain parts for the GE water heater and I would need to call someone else. When I scheduled the service appointment, I told them that I had a GE power vent water heater. They should have told me up front that they could not repair a GE water heater. I would have found someone else. They charged me $98 for the service call and an additional $61 for the cleaning. This was a total waste of my money, since I then had to call a different service dealer to resolve the issue. Very lousy! I would like a total refund.

Overall the work was high quality. We had a miscommunication that they worked quickly to fix. I would use them again.

The installation staff arrived promptly and installed my furnace and air conditioner quickly and without fuss. They answered all my questions and left behind no mess. There was a follow-up visit by another staff member, who checked my water heater and kindly showed me some operational details that I had neglected to ask the crew that installed the new equipment. He also connected an extension pipe to my water heater's overflow valve, which had been recommended by a home inspector earlier in the year. He added this extension pipe voluntarily, as an additional courtesy to me. All in all, I was very impressed with Hetter's service. The whole crew was friendly, and every staff member went out of his way to give assistance and advice to this new home owner.

It was a warranty. It didn't cost anything. I would give all A's.

It went extremely well. They were prompt and courtesy. They didn't try to up sell me. Very informative.They did a great job. I was very impressed.

Kevin came out to evaluate our HVAC needs, since our AC compressor had just died, and furnace is also old. We were able to get an appt within 2-3 business days of our call. He was punctual, professional and well-informed. His estimate was very competitive, however we ultimately decided to contract with our current HVAC service provider. Would definitely recommend Kevin and Hetter to others, or to consult on our future needs.

No problems, work completed as promised. However, after the work was completed we found out that we could have gotten a blower motor for $150.00 so the mark-up was huge. Overall, a great company.
