Description of Work: Hetter salesman Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable and did not try to do a hardsell. Hetters prices and brand(Trane) were much better than another company we also contacted. The installers were on time ,very friendly and professional and were done in 7 hours I am extremely happy with our new furnace and air conditioner unit and highly recommend Hetter Heating & Cooling to anyone needing a new furnace or air conditioner

Description of Work: Our a/c stopped working. Obtained several bids. This was the lowest. They suggested alternatives (heat pump instead of straight a/c) which we hadn't considered, and seemed like a wise "green" option. They scheduled the work in a very timely manner. Installers were professional and very pleasant to work with. Not that we want our furnace to go go out, but if it does, I will call this company again.

Wonderfully.
Description of Work: I woke up to find we were without hot water. I checked everything I knew how to fix before I started calling for a plumber/heating company. Unfortunately, it being Saturday and the holiday weekend, I could not get anyone to respond except HETTER. He could not come either but he said he'd call me back and try to walk me through the trouble shooting. He, true to his work, did call me back and he very patiently helped me check out all the possibilities. It turned out to be an electric box that had gone faulty! We plugged the hot water heater into another outlet and PRESTO! The heater started working! I am now going to sign a contract for my furnace/AC and water heater with them. They helped me make my decision.

On time, prompt, professional.
Description of Work: Had a problem with a thermostat. The tech came, tried to use the new one I bought and found that it didn't work, which had been my experience. Had them install the one they provided. He suggested I could return the one I bought and try again myself, but I elected to let them finish the job. The unit they provided was easier to use than the one I had purchased, as well. The tech also did my yearly heating service, as we have a service contract with Hetter.
