Description of Work: This was one of two annual HvAc inspection under a service contract agreement. Office crew and service tech do a fine job of coordinating the appointment and getting there on time to accommodate my our needs. Coverage of service contract repairs is not the best.

Description of Work: Thought water was leaking from HVAC unit but technician discovered problem was ice maker water line dripping onto the unit. Waived his fee !! | |I have used them on several times and found them to be upstanding, quality technicians. Highly recommend them.
