HER REAL LIVING INC

Description of Work: I contracted HER Real Living Property Management to manage the rental of my east side condominium. Their "services" began on September 1, 2012. Prior to taking control of my property an inspection was done by HER to determine that the condo was rent ready. I had worked for about a month doing touch up paint, cleaning etc. before having HER come out. The result of their inspection was a $200 fee to essentially dust out some drawers, clean an oven and touch up a water spot on a ceiling. I refused the estimate and completed all of the required work myself in about an hour. Should have been a vision of what I was to expect from this company! After passing the re-inspection, HER took control of my rental property. It is now February 17, 2013, and my condo has yet to be rented! As far as I know, the condo has never even been shown to a perspective renter. Phone calls go unanswered and typically un-returned, I was sent an email containing my year end statement to be used for tax purposes. When I asked (email )about something that didn't look right, I got no reply, two subsequent phone calls have not been returned. As of today, HER has gotten nearly $400 in management fees out of me and I've received absolutely nothing in return. Long story short, if you have a property that you would like to turn into a rental and are seeking a management company, look somewhere else!
