I purchased the "$199 for Deep Housecleaning, Including Interior of Oven and Refrigerator" Big Deal for $199.00 Order Number 2145195 Provider contacted me by message to schedule service but I wasn't ready at the time. Since December, I have been trying to contact the person named on the certificate (Pablo Freitas) by phone and email. to schedule my $199 house cleaning. I have left voice messages at his number (614-531-9919) but there was no return call and when someone answered they said it is a new cell phone number and not for the person listed. I needed to schedule within the next week or so.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for housecleaning on July 20th. No one ever called or attempted to contact me. I sent an email attempting to set up another appointment and I was told that someone would call me. No one ever did. I would like my money back!

I was going to have a party at my house and i needed it to be done by Friday, so I called the company on the day before and they were open for me on the next day, which I liked it very much. And they were flexible with timing as well. The couple who came to clean my house was very polite and very nice people. They listened to what I had to ask them and they cleaned as I hope it would! After all the house was ready, it was smelling great, floors were shinny and it looked like I had a new house! Very well done job!
Description of Work: besides the cleaning they helped me moving some boxes and organizing the basement.

+ -1 moreIt went just like it was meant to be! Crew arrived on time. They had everything that they needed to get my house cleaned, very gentle people. They paid attention to everything that i asked them to! cleaning wise was great, everything looks like new, every part of the job has been done better than I expected, bathrooms, floors, carpet, organization! I would definitely recommend their services.
Description of Work: Cleaned everything that they were asked to clean, inside of oven, microwave, moved furniture, dusted everything, kitchen looked awesome!
