I used Helpringer for a previous purchase. I was buying another property. I initially contacted Helpbringer (Todd). After 15 emails with him and Another person, it was clear they didn’t want to work with me. They suggested I buy it with an equity line. Frustrated with the process I did. 6 months later, I was done rehabbing the property. I contacted Helpringer. After a call then email, I got a response from Todd Helpringer. He said they were soooooo busy, they only deal with houses in Franklin County. 2 times they have now waisted my time. I will no longer use them nor recommend them.

From the first phone call to our closing, Todd and Jill were absolutely wonderful to work with. Both answered all our questions as first time home buyers promptly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone but especially to those who are going through the process for the first time.

With mortgage rates low, we refinanced our home. Todd took care of everything, and we are thrilled with a new low rate.

It went well. They were great, responsive and quick in the beginning. Todd himself dealt with me most of the time up front. He rushed the appraisal because I was in a hurry and it all flowed very quickly. Towards the end of the process (about nine days total), Todd sort of vanished. I got passed around to other people in his office and thought that was weird. I just gave them a few thousand dollars and in this economy, you'd think that would be worth more attention from the owner. But, in the end, I was pleased. I got the money and was linked up with the title company quickly. That process could have been improved, as Helpbringer didn't seem to know too much about where and when the money comes, which you'd think they would since they recommended a title company up the street from them.

Todd was fabulous! He responded to all of our questions quickly, and found a better rate than we were able to find ourselves calling around to local banks. It was a pleasure working with him.

He is wonderful to work with. Very easy. This was my first home purchase by myself and he took care of everything and even came to my closing.

Roger Ansel took care of my account through the process of finding me the lowest rate, credit checks, gathering all of the info needed for the closing and anything else we needed through the process. He was great to work with, followed up promptly and even showed up at the closing. I have used Helpbringer in the past and would never use anyone else. They were super!!

EXCELLENT, IT WAS EASY, SMOOTH AND FAST (I CLOSED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF MY FIRST CONTACT WITH HIM).
