Refreshing! The staff is friendly and seem genuinely interested in taking good care of customers. All areas of the dealership are spotless and they even have satellite TV in the waiting room. On my first visit for an oil change, it took a bit longer than it should have. With no prompting from me, the service rep said "this one is on us, sorry we took longer than promised." That NEVER happened at my last dealer's service area...not once in the 14 years that I owned my old car and used them for all my service needs. I don't know yet how my Hyundai vehicle will do in the long haul, but I'm very pleased with Hatfield's Service. It's nice to be treated so fair.

They were just good to deal with.

I called late on a Saturday & made an appointment for Monday. I didn't have to wait at all once I arrived. The service area was cleaner than any garage I've ever seen- & some kitchens, too. The mechanic suggested that a new key was the best thing to try first & that solved the problem. No charge! I was relieved & impressed.

The service here is very good. They worked with me to my satisfaction. They were totally professional and fun. They also explained everything and did an overall good job.

We got a fair deal on a nice vehicle, but feel we were NOT provided a good deal for our trade in. It was a mistake to have agreed to it, and we feel like we've been robbed of at least several hundred dollars. I advise anyone dealing with this group to thoroughly research trade in value and current sale prices for the vehicle being traded, and hold your ground! Hatfield gave us approx $1000 less than KBB price for our vehicle, and $500 less than average trade in according to Edmunds. (Our vehicle was in excellent condition with low miles, much better than average.) We knew this, but were unfortunately persuaded to move forward. In addition, the finance rep forgot to collect our down payment check; we were then inconvenienced and had to drive 30+ minutes across town the next day to deliver it. They offered us nothing in return for our time. The same day we bought a van from the Hatfield Kia dealer. After spending nearly $40K total, we left feeling taken advantage of and unappreciated.

NO SECRETS FOR FELLOW AUTO BUYERS. THE CREW AT HATFIELD HYUNDAI WERE UP FRONT, LOW KEY, AND HONEST - GUESS THAT'S A PRETTY GOOD TRICK NOW DAYS! OUR SANTA FE IS NIFTY. COMPARED IT AGAINST TEST DRIVES IN THE HONDA CRV AND TOYATO RAV 4. ALL THREE WERE RECOMMENDED IN LATEST CONSUMER REPORTS THOUGH.
