Excellent, I was unable to be home at the time of service the technician was able to troubleshoot my hot tub water quality issue (cloudy water with sediment) and recommend service plan and price estimate to fix the issue, after speaking to him he applied the proper mix of chemicals and returned the next day to complete the service, by draining the tub and cleaning all surfaces, replacing the filters and then refilling the tub and adjusting the water to the proper chemical levels.He then returned later that day when I got home from work to review the service and also give me a lesson on proper spa care in terms of chemical levels and preventive care. The technician (Robert) was very friendly and helped me understand why my spa had the issues and offered recommendations to avoid it again in the future and helped me develop a service plan (when to drain the tub, and check chemical levels). His appearance was very professional and his attitude was great, you could just tell he really knew his trade and that he was not just guessing and trying to up sell me on additional services or chemicals I did not need. I will be recommending Hartwell Pools to any of my friends or neighbors who need pool or spa services.
