Description of Work: I would not use this company. Very high pressure salesman. Cost that he first quoted me $30,000.00 for a 2400 square foot home. Then with all the discounts I would only have to pay $18,500.00. The discounts were due to the fact that I have good credit and that he liked us. What a joke! He then got on the phone with the big boss and he gave me another discount for having a sign in my yard. I didn't think that the salesman was ever going to leave. He was at our house one day for 5 hours and returned the next day for another 4 hours. Told us all about Hansen's. Who cares! I just wanted and estaminet and that is what I said at the very beginning. The high pressure salesman got to me. I sign. Then I asked about the Tv advertisement about getting a free Tablet, he told me that was only if I paid the $30,000.00 for the roof. I had nightmare about it all that night. The next morning I stop the order. I felt that if they were going to advertise something they should of made good of the offer. What do you thing they would of done to my roof if they don't uphold their advertisement?

Description of Work: I received a telematketing sales call from this company on Sunday morning. Very irritating and unprofessional. I will never use this company.

Description of Work: I never had service with this company but one of their salespeople stopped by today. Let's just say he was less than professional. I told him I was not interested in any services, he would not go away so I shut the door while he was standing on my walkway. I wasn't rude or unpleasant at all. While he was walking away he called me a "f$&king b!#ch". Totally uncalled for and I will never ever do business with this company ever. Not too smart, I can't even imagine what type of people they have to do the actual work.

Description of Work: They put some new windows in. Their service was good.

Description of Work: We had double-hung, triple pane replacement windows installed in 6 openings in our house. The sales reps were helpful and fairly good about not giving us the high pressure sales tactics of some other companies we called for comparable estimates. The guarantee/warranty and service (the installers were very prompt, cleaned up very well) are excellent. Price would have received an "A" as well, but I had to haggle multiple times with the sales rep and his manager to get our final price...part of the process, I suppose, but would prefer to get the best price up front and skip the games. 8/1/11 - With the very heavy rain we had on Friday night in Columbus one of our replacement windows leaked. Called Hansons on Saturday and had someone out Monday evening to look at the window. He said we should expect a call very soon. We are considering replacement windows for the rest of our house and Hansons will definitely be on the short list of companies we consider.

Description of Work: I received a return phone call within about 5 minutes which was very impressive. Unfortunately, I was looking for someone to repair one piece of siding that was damaged from a storm and they only do repairs on siding they actually installed so I wasn't able to use them this time.
