Great experience. Mr. Hogan is friendly and was efficient and professional. He gave me some tips on what type of exhaust fan I should look for when he first did an estimate for us and then went out of his way to make sure that the exhaust fan was setup correctly and properly vented to prevent any issues with damp air in the attic. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get some projects completed around the house.
Description of Work: Installed a new bathroom faucet and shut off valves, and replaced an old light fixture with an exhaust fan and installed attic venting.

Typical solid experience with Tim. We have used his services in small and medium sized projects over the past several years and have been satisfied each time.
Description of Work: Replaced broken door lock on older sliding glass patio door. He researched and obtained the replacement parts. Left info with us re supplier which will be very helpful should another of our identical sliding door lock mechanisms fail. Also replaced slider system in a chest of drawers - done exactly right.
