Description of Work: I spoke with Maggie at great length about my need for an appraisal and explained my particular situation. She was very informative and pleasant. I appreciate her honesty, even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear. She also suggested that I not get the appraisal done, because she would just be taking my money. Thanks for the honesty!!!
