+ -1 moreThe washer and dryer are not very efficient at all. The washer is not efficient at all. The washer is very noisy and I would not recommend this to anyone. The model # on this washer WTW57ESVW it is a whirlpool. They showed me this and I should have not gotten this. If you lift the lid up it will fill completely if it is already in cycle.

+ -1 moreThey could not get it right. They kept sending something for an extended warranty and they kept saying it was a top load freezer even though it was not. The delivery was very good. The attitude in there I thought was really strange.

+ 0 moreOur old refrigerator broke and we needed to replace it. We went to HH Gregg, our usual choice of stores for major appliances like this. We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator and it was delivered to our house. The men who delivered it were very professional with their job. The salesman at HH Gregg was also very professional. Within a month of having the refrigerator, the produce drawer broke. It took a number of phone calls to HH Gregg and Whirlpool to finally resolve the problem, but the resolution was not one we expected. Because we were not getting a favorable response from Whirlpool, we agreed to buy the replacement drawer, went to HH Gregg and told them we were not happy about that. HH Gregg told us to not accept delivery of the replacement drawer that Whirlpool was sending us, and HH Gregg just gave us the drawer from one of their refrigerators in stock. We returned the drawer to Whirlpool when it arrived (we never opened it - just returned it to sender) and expected them to credit us the cost of the drawer on our credit card. They said they wouldn't because we did not tell them we were returning the drawer until after 30 days of returning it. HH Gregg just said this was absolutely not acceptable and refunded us the money we paid Whirlpool for the drawer. While we are happy that we are getting our money back, it just does not seem right that HH Gregg has to pay for the drawer, especially after they gave us a replacement drawer from their own supplies. I only hope HH Gregg gets reimbursment from Whirlpool, it is only fair.
Description of Work: The salesman helped us pick out the refrigerator we needed, and when we had some issues with a broken produce drawer, the manufacturer of the refrigerator (Whirlpool) would not replace the broken drawer for free. We had to pay for the drawer, and HH Gregg felt this was wrong. HH Gregg went out of their way to help us remedy this situation.
