Mike Lechler provided the best service ever. He responded to my questions punctually and performed the service exactly when requested. My lawn mower person ran over one of the pop-ups and Mike came out the next day to replace it. Then my lawn mower person suggested that the pop-ups should be glued in, and Mike came out the very next day and screwed them in - even better! Also there was a small section of my gutters at the end of my house that had been missed when his guys cleaned my gutters earlier in the year. I just noticed it and he also cleaned that section of gutter when he was out. I give him an A+ for service!

I reached out to this business weeks ago. I did not receive a response then. I decided to try and reach out to him again. Mike finally responded this time by text. He informed me that he doesn’t service the “downtown” area. I feel like there may be another reason why he did not want my business. His website clearly list my neighborhood as an area he would service. When I searched for gutter cleaning, his company was one of the first ones to appear because it was closest to me. After following the instructions to reach out to him through his website twice he finally texted me. He went as far as to offer another company with not so great reviews. I guess I don’t deserve the best. No thanks. I’ll find someone else on my own. I only reached out to him because of the great reviews and his close proximity. I guess I’ll never know if his work is stellar but, his customer interaction is definitely poor. Life moves on.

Gutterco was excellent to work with! They were very prompt and professional!

Started out as simple gutter cleaning. Then they found a major clogging in the clay oringinal (1958) pipes going down to the curb. That was the biggest challenge, their teams pursued it till clear. Then I decided to have the other side of the house cleared as well, which went better. I still have a backup of water from a couple of drains in a heavy downpour, and plan to have them back to look at those.

Mike and his son Nate and their crew, Nigel, John and Zack, did an outstanding job. The job was down in one day. Everything was completed perfectly. The team was on time, very professional, very creative in solving issues, great customer service and they went out of their way to clean up when the job was done. I highly recommend them and I would not hesitate to hire Mike and Nate again.

I needed my gutters cleaned and went directly to Angie’s List, found GutterCo and gave them a call. They also have a good website and respond quickly there as well. Although I felt $175 was a bit high for gutter cleaning, especially since my house is one-story and only 2500 square feet, I took the gamble. I didn’t wait long for an appointment maybe a week. A couple of guys came out, they were polite, got the job done and cleaned up. No complaints. A week later I had a downspout issue and gave Mike a call. He said he would have someone stop by and take a look. They came by literally 3 hours later and did a solid fix on it at no charge. It was impressive! Absolutely, GutterCo will be my “go-to” for all my gutter needs.

I was impressed from the first contact with the owner. He provided a quick quote for the work I was interested in having completed. I followed up with additional questions concerning possible drainage problems due to tree roots in the yard. Again, he was extremely prompt in answering my questions and gave an additional quote for that work, if needed. Service was completed in a timely manner by two competent employees. The lead worker talked to me before beginning the work and answered every question I had. He was polite and knowledgeable. When the work was completed he let me know, and said there were no problems with tree roots. He did point out a small problem with an area on the top gutter, but indicated that it wasn't an immediate issue. We will get a quote from this company when it is time to replace the gutters. Job Well Done!

I tried calling many, many times to this company to the phone number given in the Angie's site and their flyer number, but never received a call back. It looks like both numbers route to the same voicemail but never received a call back after leaving many messages.

Called the number listed on Angie's List on 6/18/18. Recording suggested sending an email message and promised a call back Now, more than two weeks later - no call back. Guess this provider doesn't need new business. Wish his recording had told me that.

We were very pleased with the work this company did for us. They were very professional and polite. They checked our gutters and downspouts. We would definitely hire them again.

They gave us a quick estimate and were out the next day. They found that we had old and crappy gutter guards which made cleaning difficult. They did not charge us for the cleaning they were able to do under the circumstances. They gave us a new estimate for replacing our crappy gutter guards with new ones that would allow for years of easy cleaning. They were able to come out again the next day and clean and install. They were fantastic.

Mike was very responsive and professional. Work was performed quickly, price was very competitive, and quality was great. The leaking miters are leaking no more, and rain no longer spills over the front of the gutters. We have a large house, and the $500 we paid was very reasonable. Will be recommending to friends/family.

They came and did the gutter and downspout cleaning out while we were at work, so I didn't see them. This was mid-March 2018. Fast forward to now mid-June and a heavy rainstorm where our gutters backed up and overflowed badly. We have 6" gutters that should accommodate any heavy rainstorm. So my husband went out on a ladder and checked and saw that the downspout was the thing causing the problem and backing up into the gutters. I figured since we just had the downspouts and gutters cleaned out in March, that maybe they weren't really done, but Mike was super responsive when I called on a SUNDAY no less. Got right back to me, and came out the next day himself to inspect. He found that it was actually the underground drain that had backed up into the downspout and we needed a plumber to clear it. He was helpful in diagnosing what caused the problem and how to remedy it going forward. Turns out, it wasn't GutterCo's fault at all and my neighbor's tree just dropped a bunch of debris and seeds in May, which clogged the drain, along with some roots from another nearby tree. I was happy with the level of professionalism and response especially when I thought it was actually something they did wrong. They handled it well and earned my trust and repeat business. I like a company that stands behind their work like that. So rare these days.

Cleaned the gutters for a 6000 sf, 1 story office building with 11 downspouts. Mike & team were prompt and professional. I do not live near the building serviced and Mike took some before and after photos. They even trimmed some tree branches overhanging the roof. I will definitely use them again when needed.

I called for a quote on getting my gutters serviced and never got a call back.

I was so pleased that they responded with an estimate in just hours and came out and completed the work within 2 weeks during what has to be a very busy spring for them. We were actually not at home when they came but the gutters and downspout all were perfect and after a record rainfall during the past few days they met the test. Well done! I will plan to use them in the future if I need more areas replaced.

I called and spoke to Mike over the phone a couple of times. He was very professional and very quick to respond to my emails. He called me when he was on his way to my home to do the work. The gutters were cleaned and there was no debris left behind. I will definitely be using them again!

Promptly responded via email that season started March 15. Unfortunately we needed the repairs done sooner and went with another company.

Responded immediately to initial inquiry. They were on time for the job and were very professional & friendly. Fixed some loose facia boards, without charge or trying to tell me that they needed to be replaced. Answered all my questions and explained everything well. Cleaned up well. Overall, great job!

Price was higher than I usually pay, but they were prompt, efficient and professional.
