Never returned call.
Description of Work: We also had a similar experience. We used them last year and they did a great job. He mentioned that he could jet clean my downspouts and would put a quote in my bill. He never quoted. I didn't think twice about it. But I need them done and called them sometime in April to jet clean the downspouts, but I have never heard back.

Description of Work: Late in fall '07, I needed gutters cleaned quickly before cold weather (leaves on tree fall very late). My regular person was backlogged. Mike was able to come out the next day. They cost a bit more, but it was worth the timing. He also had a good explanation regarding leak from flashing on small roof, which no one before him could ever explain. Good work and very competent and personable.
