Description of Work: Replaced gutters and downspouts. Also added a short piece of additional gutter and downspout tied to storm drain. Work completed promptly as scheduled and everything looks great. Owner/installer very pleasant and easy to work with, and obviously knows what he is doing. Only issue was difficulty in trying to contact him. He didn't return first call (phone problem?) so I called and left another message, which resulted in a callback and meeting and then getting the work done. Called him again with an issue after work was completed but never heard back. Unfortunately, I have experienced this problem with other independent service providers so maybe I shouldn't be surprised, but do appreciate callbacks even if they cannot take on new projects.

Description of Work: GutterKing came out and cleaned the gutters and down spouts that the previous contractor I hired did not do correctly. They were very professional and explained the entire process, problem and solution. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. They were forthright and honest and the cost was very reasonable. They even followed up with me with some questions I had. If I ever need the service again, I would only use them. Description of Work: Mike replaced our entire gutter system. Work took about 2 1/2 days. I was extremely pleased with the job from start to finish. They did a great job removing the old and cleaning up when they were finished. With all the rain that we have had the system has been more than tested and passing with flying colors.

The responsiveness was a little slow due to thus being busy season he said. I never actually met him but he came and did the work when promised.
