They responded quickly to my inquiry and did the work the day after giving me the estimate. The crew was efficient and professional. The lead man saw some areas that needed drip-edge flashing that were not on the bid, but went ahead and installed it anyways without charging me any extra. Within a week I have recommended Gutter King to 4 different people.

They were professional and came within 1 week of being called. They stated that we did not need any repair work. We will call them again, especially before Winter and will recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of work.

I suspected that the gutters where not sloped correctly when originally installed by builder at the time our home was built in 1986. Mike confirmed my suspicions and also found blockage caused by tree roots growing in the drains pipes. His recommended resloping the gutters,adding two additional downspouts and installing gutter screens to the entire house. Mike prepared a quote for the additional work. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work. He completed the work in very timely manner and to my satisfaction.

They were Fantastic! Mike arrived as scheduled and went right to work. He answered all of my questions and explained how the replacement corners are actually made in a factory and then installed on-site. Because buildings are frequently not square the easiest 'repair' is to cut the 'bad' corner off and 'section in' the new pieces. Mike did a great job and notified me when he was done. He also answered questions for two neighboring 'business owners' who also need gutter repairs. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and I will definitely use them again!

FANTASTIC SERVICE! After waiting months for another company to clean our gutters I called Gutter King. I was immediately impressed with the promptness in returning my call and the ability to receive service within ONE WEEK! They arrived as scheduled and the technician verified the work that was to be completed. He also said I would get a written invoice at the end of the service and a 'status report.' I was amazed, that was the FIRST time that anyone said they would give me a written 'condition' report! Upon completion of the work he pointed out areas that needed to be addressed, corners that needed replacement due to 'glue' no longer holding and possibly replacing downspouts where they meet the ground (landscaper weed-wacker damage). Again I was impressed! We've had a total of THREE (3) people clean the gutters and GUTTER KING was the FIRST ONE to mention corner problems (due to poor replacement by another company when a tree fell on the building.) I will be using them again!

As usual, he was very prompt in returning my phone call and in performing the service. He's very friendly and easy to deal with. In addition to cleaning my gutters, he trimmed some tree branches that were scraping against my house for a very reasonable fee. I'll definitely use him again.

It was a terrific experience in dealing with GutterKing. They fit me into the schedule, and instead of just doing the minimum the crew opened up the drain line to correct an issue that was not a part of the original problem. After clearing and replacing the drain lines he snaked the line again to make sure it was cleared. I couldn't be happier with the company and the service. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire again.

Gutter King was prompt in returning my phone call, performed the work on the day scheduled and cleaned the gutters thoroughly. They did leave a lot of debris on critical pathways to the house (front and back steps, front and back porch).

Called Gutter King for an estimate but got voice mail. I left a short but detailed message, asking them to call me back to set up a time for them to come out. They did not respond. I called again about a week and a half later. This time not only did no one answer, but voice mail didn't pick up and the line disconnected.

They come out to clean our gutters every fall and spring. We've also hired them to do repair work on our gutters and downspouts.

They respond, they call you back and tell you exactly when they'll be out.

When I called they were very responsive to getting the work completed.

I was very happy with the company. I received a call back shortly after leaving a message asking for an estimate on having my gutters cleaned. Joe had the estimate ready for me when he returned my call. They had a crew working on another job in my area so they were able to clean my gutters that same day. The two man crew showed up that afternoon. In addition to cleaning out the gutters, they ran water through the gutters and downspouts to make sure there was not blockage. The crew cleaned up after themselves. I did not have to pay for the service that day. The company mailed the invoice. I would use this company again.
