They called me the same day I had left a message and said they would try to come on Friday but that it would probably be the following week, but did in fact arrive on Friday, cleaned the gutters and left everything neat and tidy. The 2 gentlemen who came out were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them and will call them the next time I have need of their services.

Called Mr. Osborne on July 9,2008. Called me back on the 15th. I stated I needed all my gutters cleaned and that there was a drainline clog. We set up an appointment for the 17th. He promptly came at the given time. I went over with him what I wanted done and discussed the clogged drain. Asked him to check all drainlines from the downspouts. He flushed all the gutters and checked the drip lines from the roof. He fixed the ones that were short and added a small tract that was insufficient. He needed to make another visit to fix the drainline. He didn't have the equipment on the day of service. He called that evening and set up a time for the 21st. He came promptly and replaced a portion of the drain due to debris and small roots. Mr. Osbone and his assistant were very informative and polite. I would definitely use his service again. He charged $185 for all the gutter cleaning,$125 for drainline clean and replacement and $15 for drip tract. Very pleased with the work.

I called Mike in early July, 2008. He didn't respond back after my first call, only after my 2nd.. Having done business with him before for my 6-unit condo association which I was satisfied with, I wanted his company to clean our gutters again. He said he would be out to do an estimate that weekend, and that their backlog on work was 2 weeks. Four weeks have gone by--no estimate, no work, no nothing. It's disappointing when companies say they'll do something and then leave you hanging. I'm doubly disappointed because the company had done a good job for us a few years ago. But I wouldn't recommend them to people because of this oversight on their part. I have better things to do than wait around for companies to get back to me, especially after they say they will.

They were very responsive and on time. We will use them again in the future. They had very fair prices for the work. I would recommend them to others.

It went well. They are very friendly and courteous. They do their job well and in a timely matter. They are good workers.

They were great and they were quick to respond and the price was more then reasonable and got to everything quickly and the only thing I wished was in his invoice that he would tell me more on what he found and did.

He saved us a bunch of money. The personnel were just fantastic. Our whole experience with the organization was just wonderful. They kept in touch with us the whole time, even when there was weather problems.

They just left an esteemed in my door because we were not here. I called and they called me back they were out when the said they would be they cleaned up behind themselves. They left one tool behind but they have not called back for it yet but I am going to call them back.

Very well. Mike the Gutterking came highly recommended from our realtor and didn't disappoint. Work was done quickly, on-time, and clean-up was perfect. The ONLY minor complaint I have is about the smoking--my kids wanted to know what was going on with those "little flashlights".

As usual, he did a great job. He returns messages promptly, does the work promptly, and is very friendly. I'll use him again next year.

Mike responded promptly to my telephone call, stopped by in a couple of days to review the problem and gave me an estimate. I was pleased with the responsiveness and the thoroughness of the work.

Wonderful! While I was at work at the hospital, my dad was to meet Mike for an estimate on my gutter repair. 10 minutes later, my dad says he agreed to the price and they were able to get started right away...in the snow! Wow, you just don't find companies like Gutter King of Columbus anymore.

They put the ladders against the gutters instead the side of the house which could cause damage to the gutters.

Even though they were very busy trying to get jobs done before the winter, Mike and his crew came out as soon as they could and on a Sunday morning and completed the job. I was very pleased.

They are good because they take the time to notify you of any problems.

The gutters had come loose in a couple places along the house. Had Gutterking come out to give an estimate. Upon surveying the work involved, I received a call from the representative immediately. He gave a cost of the immediate repair work and also additional things that would be needing work in the future. He was able to fix the problems immediately and also went the extra mile by doing some additional tweaks. As opposed to having me run home from work to pay, said he's just send a bill along with an estimate of the recommended additional work. I felt the pricing was fair and reasonable. This was one of the better experiences I've had with service providers and will certainly use them in the future.

Contacted company November 26th and left message to inquire about scheduling services, but never received call back.

They were very responsive and friendly. The only complaint that I have is that they were supposed to come on Friday and never showed up. Instead they just showed up on Monday.

The recent rainfall made the sump pump pumping non-stop but the water did not go anywhere due the clogged drain line. One side of the yard was completely flooded. Mike was the only company I called that was willing to be out the same day. He was pleasant and did an excellent job. Once he identified the clogged area, not only did he unclog the inside the drain line, he also dug around the area to remove tree roots that were growing around the seal and into the drain line. I appreciate him being so thorough in performing the job and being so flexible in trying to fit me into his schedule. I will definitely use him again when needed.

I had an emergency because water was getting into the basement due to the gutters being clogged up. He was the only company I called that was able to be out the same day. He did a great job and was a very nice man. He was very thorough and I appreciated his character. I will definitely use him again when needed.

Mike came out promptly to give an estimate; he did not have a ladder with him to actually look at the problem, but we discussed what would likely need to be done and the pricing for such work. The company supplied proof of their liability insurance upon request. When Mike and another worker came to do the work, they discovered the fascia board was not adequately secured. Rather than do a half-baked repair, he informed me of the problem, and we agreed that he would return the following day to complete the work (he needed to require the proper screws to secure the fascia in the intervening time). The work they did seems to have solved the problem we were experiencing. In some locations, water was running along the fascia board rather than into the gutter. I think Mike is interested in pleasing the customer and doing quality work. Time will tell how good the work is, but my gut feeling is that we will be pleased with the work over time. I would hire this company again.

His price was very reasonable. I had a little problem and they did come back to fix it. They did a nice job. I was pleased.

They were very professional and prompt.

I use this company every fall to clean my gutters. Late last fall they gave me an estimate for new gutters. With the last storm, I knew that we needed new gutters. They honored the estimate, came here at 7:30 AM and left with most of the work down at about 6:30 PM, including finding rotting fascia and replacing it. They came back to replace the rotting soffit. They also installed a drip edge, because there was not any connected to the roof.
