One phone call. Work performed while I was at work. Perfect, easy transaction

We were given a quote based on the Auditor's site description, and a three hour window of time. They were here within the first half hour, and started to work immediately. They were thorough, competent and professional, checking their work until satisfied, and cleaning up after themselves. Even hosing the driveway after completing the work. We were charged less than the estimate, since the gutters were in better repair than they expected. We also received an Angie's list discount. They gave suggestions to keep things in good repair, and we were very pleased with their work.

The whole process went smoothly and we were very pleased with the work they did.

Gutter King were very responsive, scheduled the service as soon as they had an open time, arrived promptly and completed the work in good time. They also cleared away the leaves cleaned out of the gutters. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I am VERY disappointed in GutterKing of Columbus. I have used them for probably 10 years, and until the last several years they were reliable and did good work and I was a satisfied customer. However, beginning several years ago they became very unreliable-- never returned phone calls, did not show up to clean gutters when requested. Most recently, in late Fall 2009 I called and requested them to again clean my gutters. They said they would but couldn't get me scheduled for a few weeks so I waited. Then on the day they were supposed to come they didn't show, no explanation, no follow-up, no nothing. I tracked them down by phone, they said they'd get it done, never offered me an explanation. AGAIN they didn't show up. As a result, my gutters never got cleaned, then the show and ice hit, the gutters dammed up, and melting water, stained with the color of the rotting leaves, stained the side of my newly-painted house. Now i am going to have to have somebody power wash the side of the house at an additional expense. Gutter King has done good work in the past, but something has happened-- you no longer can count on them. Must be nice to have all the business you need and treat their customers like that. A previously loyal and repeat customer who never will call them again!

We had used them before and they were very responsive. We called and left a message and they called back the same day. They were out within a few days to take care of what we needed. The service was terrific. They were very professional and nice. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them.

They were great. They were willing to come out even though it was relatively late in the season. They cleaned our gutters for a reasonable price. They were the ones who put them in.

GutterKing of Columbus provided an estimate of $115 to do all the above within 2 days of my calling, and performed the work within 2 days of my acceptance of the proposal. I was at home when they performed the work, and they performed it professionally. When I received the bill, it was less than the estimate. I will definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job. I called them kind of last minute but they made the extra effort to fit me into their schedule before the weather got too cold. I would use them again and would recommend them.

It took a couple of days to get a call back. Everything after that was timely and well done.

They had worked for us few years before and they were reasonably rated in Angieslist. I called them on Friday and they came out on Monday. They completed the job on Tuesday and were very responsive. I would use them in future.

It was fine and the only thing that I was unhappy about is that I wasn’t called back right away, but he did come out and make a special trip and all the work they did was great. I also recommended them to relatives of ours.

We are so very pleased with the results and could not be happier with his work. He was extremely hard working, professional, informative and very nice. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our drains, etc and explained everything he was doing and how he found the problem. We highly recommend Mike and GutterKing.

They did a great job. The owner came out on time, explained everything well, and they were priced very well. He was honest and ethical. I would recommend them to others.

This work was done at our church, for which I am the Parish Administrator. We had previously had work done by Gutter King, and were very pleased with the quality of work and Mike's integrity. Exemplary of Mike's integrity is the fact that Mike, without being requested to do so, refunded money for a previous repair that had not held up to his satisfaction. On this mort recent of jobs, Mike worked his schedule around ours so that the property would not be torn up during three weddings. He did a very nice job of working in and around shrubbery and other plantings to install a new gutter drain. We were very pleased with the work.

Having previously used Gutter King for services in the past (gutter cleaning and light repairs) and being delighted with their work, price, etc., I decided to call for an estimate to replace some rotted fascia and replace a section of gutter that had come down after a storm. I called and left a message, and after receiving no call after 2 days, called again. I spoke to Mike and he explained that he was running a bit behind but would be out later in the week and took down all my information again. The following week I called, as I had heard nothing. I again spoke to Mike who was very apologetic, and explained he had run into issues that prevented him from making it out the week before but that he'd be out within the next couple of days. I waited another week and nothing. I then decided to call another person from Angie's list, who was able to come out for an estimate and schedule the work right away. Needless to say, they are my new preferred contractor. Sorry, Mike.

I came home from the weekend to find my downspout laying in my backyard. The wind had tore it off. I called Gutter King and they came out that day to fix it while I was at work and sent me an invoice. I spoke to Matt on the phone - he was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Called Gutter King they gave me an estimate that day. Came promptly when they said they would. Very pleased with their service. Would hire again.

They are super nice people and do great work. They have proper insurance and they're very trustworthy. It's like having your brother come over and do the job. I've recommended them to others and they've been equally pleased.
