They did a good job, but did leave some dirt piles.

Website gives the option to be contacted via email so I sent a request for the company to provide dates/times available to come out during a certain week to give us a quote for a fence. Their response was call us. I sent a note back saying I preferred to be communicated with via email (I was traveling for work during the time and didn't have time for phone calls). I never received further communication. It was obvious they didn't want my business! would not recommend. lack of response.

One of the fences went down but, they came out and fixed it right away. It's fine now. It was a little off set but, they came back and fixed it. I think they should schedule better. They took a little time to get to me. I thought the pricing was good.

The process went very well from the quote on the phone and in person to the cleanup at the end. The job took about 2 and a half days. My neighbor was so pleased with the work, she plans to have additional fence work done by Guardian Fence. Well done!

Overall this is our first experience with Guardian Fence and it has been a pleasure .... nice to get on with life!

Brady came out and provided a detailed estimate. The team constructed the fence in two days. It went very well.

We had a great experience with Guardian! We had a number of fence companies come to give estimates, but Guardian's was the most economical. They provided a great service from start to finish. Their workers were friendly and competent and the quality of their work was sound. We are very pleased!

This is the first time I have filed a negative report (I have filed several really good ones), but I think this is worth noting. We have a fenced-in yard ? 3 sides and the house is most of the 4th side. The original 2 sides of fence were installed by Guardian Fence and lasted many, many years. The third side we replaced within the past 8 years ? also Guardian Fence. So when it became necessary to replace the older 2 sides, we called ? Guardian Fence. Our finished fence looks very nice ? but lacks somewhat on the functionality side. Points of our experience with the ?new? Guardian Fence: ? Their web site request for quote system just doesn?t seem to work; ? The first quote we received took our breath away ? almost $3,000! ? We were not advised that the pickets we were choosing were a ?custom order? (i.e., more time and more money) and no other options that might have been less expensive were discussed; ? When they came out and quoted, they missed an 8 foot section of fence from which our pets were escaping and they had to add that amount, raising our amount owed to $3,100; ? The pickets on our old fence were 42? high, and the pickets ordered were 48?, so they had to cut 6? off the pickets before they installed them. However, when I got home to see the finished job, there was a full 6? gap UNDER the fence for over a 20 foot section. ? This made the fence?s usefulness as a pet retention fence null and void. I immediately filled in the hole with fireplace logs, bricks, anything I could find and we called them. There was more than a 4? gap under the two new gates they installed; we had specified clearance not to exceed two inches, so this simply did not meet our expectations which we had discussed with them. ? My husband called them and their suggestion to us is that WE bring in dirt to fill in the low spots under the fence they installed (even though the fence they removed did not have those gaps). There was no offer to patch up the gap with boards (an option that we would have accepted). They did order new pickets for the gates ? but my husband had to replace the boards on the two gates so that they would not have more than 2 inches clearance underneath. So - $3,100 for a new fence, additional work and expense for us to perform to make it functional????? Our finished fence looks wonderful, but I would not hire this vendor again, nor would I recommend them to anyone ? unless you happen to have a perfectly level yard and just want the finished product to look pretty.

Well, they were good. I was very impressed by the installers, the salesman, and the quality of work they put forth.

Brady came and gave me an estimate; he seemed to grasp exactly the look that I was going for and what would be needed. We have not decided yet whether to get the fence or not.

They were very quick. They came out and gave me an estimate on the spot. When I called him and told him I was going to use him he was out here within three or four days.

It was hard to nail down when they were coming. First they said "the end of this week". Then when they didn't come by Friday afternoon I called and they said "early next week". Still did not show, I called Wednesday and they said they'd come at the end of the week and they came Friday morning. I realize it is a small job but I had told them that it could be done anytime in the two weeks, I just needed to know when. So I would have been fine with them scheduling it for the next Friday to begin with. The fence looks good and they put it in very quickly once they got here.

The installers arrived exactly when scheduled, were very friendly and professional and the whole installation was completed in less than three days. The fence looks amazing and we couldn't be happier. We have received many compliments from our neighbors. We are extremely happy with the fence. We wouldn't hesitate on contacting Henry for additional fencing needs!

They were professional. They were responsive and they showed up on time. They were not as informative as they other fencing companies. We have not decided on what fencing company we are going to use.

Good. My experience was similar to some others, here--it required a bit of patience & persistence to get the ball rolling & keep things on-track, but the reward is quality work & nice business-dealings, in the end.

I got up early to be sure I would be ready for them; no show, no call.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work and the professionalism of the company. They took care of all the needed inspections and the calling of "oops" and had the job done as promised in a very timely fashion. They maintained great contact and were here when they said they would be. Great company! Would highly recommend!

Brady was very professional. They have excellent workers. I'd highly recommend them. The fence looks great.

We hired this company after seeing an example of their work in our neighborhood. They gave us a quote and also provided a surveyor to pin the property. Our only complaint is that the surveyor came out and then minutes later, workers started installing the posts. We would have liked some confirmation with us in regards to where to put the fence. The workers went strictly by the survey which ruffled some neighbors feathers. Not what you want to do your first month in a new home. Otherwise, the work was done very well and it looks great.

THE DESIGN AND WORKMANSHIP WAS BETTER THAN I EXPECTED, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.

THE COMPANY KEPT PUTTING THE JOB OFF (FOR 9 WEEKS). THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS AND IT WAS VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.

CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE AND THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT . THEY CALLED AND SAID THAT HE HAD AN ACCIDENT. NOW WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.

INSTALLERS WORKED UP THROUGH THE DAY UNTIL AFTER DARK TO ENSURE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY...AND IT WAS A VERY LARGE YARD! THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT....STRAIGHT LINES, ETC.

VERY HELPFUL GAVE A LOT OF OPTIONS, COURTEOUS, EASY TO WORK WITH , WOULD USE AGAIN.

DID A NICE JOB. IT TOOK THEM AWHILE TO COME OUT, BUT GOOD WORK IS ALWAYS IN DEMAND AND THEY WERE UP FRONT ABOUT THAT IN THE BEGINNING.
