The service was so bad I wouldn't even rate it. He tried to convince me that we needed a new air conditioner which we had just bought off of them 3 years ago. They said, "Well your warranty doesn't cover any of this". And I said, "Yes it does. It gets a warranty for 10 years". He seemed to think that since I was a woman, I would just say, "Okay, give me a new air conditioner". The price was high. I will not use this provider in the future.
Description of Work: I used Guaranteed Heating & Cooling Inc for heating and air conditioning services. We had them come out and put freon in our air conditioner. We used them because they are the ones who installed it when we moved in.
