Greg was very unprofessional. The space we originally chose was a shell- it was easy to have an architect draw out a plan with all of our space requirements. However, that did not happen; either Greg did not pass the information on as we had outlined it or the architect made a mistake. Nevertheless, if the error was on the part of the architect (if Greg had indeed had our interests in mind), he would have/should have looked at the plan and seen that it clearly did not meet the criteria- and he should have sent it back to the architect for revision, rather than passing it on to us. Even worse was his response to our request to terminate the working relationship- rather than simply accepting it or providing an explanation, he resorted to lying, name-calling, and attempting to lay all of the blame on us- his client. Furthermore, when he was told to stop e-mailing us because it constituted harassment, he did not do so. Potential tenants and buyers should find another firm!
Description of Work: Greg Weber was hired to locate some office space for an upcoming office relocation. Specific space requirements were provided to him. We settled on a location, but the drawings by the architect did not fulfill our needs based on recommendations by our practice management consultant. We asked for a new space plan, with new space requirements. We heard nothing from Greg other than the architect was "working on the new plan". Finally, after almost a month, Greg sent us a space plan- which did not meet any of our space requirements. When this was pointed out to Greg, he made no apology- he only proceeded to send us another space plan which AGAIN did not meet our needs. When we chose to terminate the working relationship based on this poor service, Greg became very unprofessional and attempted to blame his errors on us. His e-mail was harassing, accusatory, filled with false information, and did not address the fact that he simply did not provide good service.
