Description of Work: After providing brian with detailed instructions, including my house number and a huge landmark to look for (pickup truck) at the end of my drive, he plowed the wrong driveway (next house down). When I called the next day to inform him that he plowed the wrong driveway he became loud and defensive, stating that he didn't have time to come back out to plow my driveway. So i found another company to do my snow removal. When I called Brian to let him know i did not wish utilize him for my snow plowing, he became rude & argumentative. He then tried to charge me over $50 for plowing my neighbors drive (much higher than other's have charged to do my entire L shaped drive). Although I didn't feel I should pay him anything after his poor response to the situation, he kept hassling me with voice mail messages wanting me to pay him something, so I sent him a check for the amount that I had previously paid for snow removal in order to get him to stop harassing me. I would not recommend this guy for snow removal. There are many others who do a better job, charge less, & have a much better customer service attitude !

Description of Work: Greenbaggers has been doing yard work for me for over 6 years. Lawn mowing, weed removal, fertilizing, and snow removal. My lawn is mown on a schedule, every Tuesday for example. Sometimes they don't show on the appointed day, perhaps not for several days, and it gets a little ragged. I've found from talking with the owner that this is due to scheduling conflicts when they are very busy. The owner, Brian, regularly keeps an eye on his clients' yards and his crews. If it hasn't rained and the grass is dry, they won't mow. If it's been raining a lot, they mow more often. If I need work done that is not part of their weekly mowing and trimming, I just call and explain what I want; the work might not be done right away but it will get done. Greenbaggers pricing is very reasonable; just because I have been their client for so long I don't ask for estimates any more--I know the cost will be acceptable. I receive an itemized monthly bill.

Description of Work: Fall leaf cleanup and removal

Description of Work: They do everything related to my lawn or garden such as mulch, fertilizing, weeding, mowing, trimming of shrubbery, edging, trimming.

Description of Work: DRYWALLED FAMILY ROOM AND BASEMENT, NEW ROOF ON OUTBUILDING, VINYL SIDING ON OUTBUILDING, INSTALLED CLOSET DOORS IN FINISHED BASEMENT.

Description of Work: REPLACED DROP CEILING IN LOWER LEVEL WITH FINISHED DRYWALL CEILING. REPAIRED FRAME AND REPLACED DRYWALL ON ONE FULL WALL. INSTALLED RECESSED LIGHTING. REPAIRED / SECURED DROP CEILING IN UTILITY AREA.
