They are proceeding as if I had not canceled. They are being hateful and still trying to charge me. They owe me $150. They are very pushy and refuse to acknowledge that I sent them the contract via certified mail. They are very rude and unprofessional and yelled at me: "Do you want to be alone all your life?" The customer service person lied to me about her name and tried to pressure me. I called the payment center and said that it was canceled. I would not recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: I contacted them for dating services. I had cancelled the contract, so there was no work done.
