I?ve done business with Graves Pianos since 1988. Each time I have been impressed with the personal attention I have received from the owner. After indicating an interest in purchasing a grand piano for our home, Mr. Graves emailed to let me know that he had several pianos in my price range for us to consider. When I visited the store, he answered my questions about the various brands and gave me a complete tour of the showroom and warehouse. He encouraged me to play any of the pianos in the store that were of interest to me. At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy a particular piano. Mr. Graves shared his expert knowledge of pianos and provided the opportunity for me to select the instrument that was perfect for me. Eventually, I selected a beautiful grand piano that has already exceeded my expectations. I love my new piano and appreciate the professional yet friendly assistance I received while making this important decision.

My visit to the showroom was informative and relaxed. With the help of Gregory, I picked out an OSU hand-me-down Baldwin that they spruce up with a coat of paint and tack on a two-year warranty. Graves also has a trade-up program, so when I am ready to invest in a nicer piano I can apply the full price of the one I just bought towards a new piano. Gregory picked out the nicest of the next bunch that OSU dropped off to have painted for me and two weeks later they delivered the new (to me) piano and hauled away our old clunker. A few weeks later I contacted Gregory to tell him I was concerned with the high C sounding a little tinny. He promptly forwarded my message to Evan who made arrangements to come out and fix it the same day (the hammer was double striking). We are very pleased with their attention to service and satisfaction.

The service has been excellent. I was having carpet removed and needed it done right away. They were very responsive and great with communication. I would recommend them.

I had him out to surprise my wife by getting her organ repaired while she was out of town. The time window was small and he was able to get out and fix it in that time window. He was personable and professional. He was extremely knowledgable of the instrument.
