They came out to give estimate 2 days after I called. They were the lowest of 3 estimates and said since the tree was such a danger to the house, they'd make it a priority and come out within 48 hours! They worked all day Sunday to get it down. They did as promised and I am quite happy! Highly recommend!

Paul was quick to meet and provide an estimate following a poor experience with another tree service who left a mess the day before. Within a few days, Grant's was at the site and had the mess cleaned up quickly at a reasonable rate. The job required a Bobcat to move the large pieces of wood. I would highly recommend this tree service.

I’m very happy with the work product. My trees needed to be trimmed and thinned out. They were on time and asked questions as needed as they performed the work. They also did a good job of cleaning up once they were done

We had a large old tree with a trunk that split in the center. Half of the tree was hanging over to the neighbor the other half on our garage. It had to be removed to avoid damage to our and the neighbor's property. Paul came out and gave me a competitive quote. His crew was delayed due to weather, but when they started they completed the project in 2 days despite the rain. They coordinated access to the neighbor's yard, made sure not to damage any of the electric wires, and cleaned up all the branches and debris. Great job. I will hire them again.

Highly recommend this company! They are prompt and professional and the cleanup was the best we have ever had. In past cases with other companies, we have always had many twigs, small branches, and small chunks of wood spread out after the stump grinding, but with this company there was NOTHING left to clean up. The crew did a truly outstanding job cleaning up everything! There was no mess at all left behind. They removed 3 dead trees and one was a very large tree that was close to an electric wire. They also cut up all of the wood into small pieces that would fit into my sister's wood stove. Their price was very fair and the service exceptional. If you need to have a tree or stump removed, this is by far the best company to call!

The process from start to finish was expedient and professional. The team got started a day earlier than anticipated, which was very welcome. They took extra care when removing the limbs that were literally on the house, and ensured that no damage was sustained during the removal. The yard looks great as they cleaned up as they went along and made sure to clean the sidewalk and porch of any debris. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services. They also were kind to the neighbor and cut up wood to use for the fire pit.

Paul Dotson came to our home within a few days of my calling him. He carefully listened to what we wanted to be done and then gave his views of what his crew would do. After some discussion we reached an agreement on price. It proved to be 200- 400 less than others set for the same work. His crew of three came within a week. They trimmed the large beech in the front yard and removed branches well away from roofs of two houses. The very large maple tree was trimmed to move branches away from frame house and to allow growth of younger trees underneath. During the trimmings, they checked regularly with me on what was being done. The work in the back yard was tricky because of low hanging utilities and phone lines under the maple. The work was done well, and the branches, leaves, etc were removed.

Paul came out the day after we called and gave us an estimate. We made the appointment for the following Saturday. He called us on Tuesday and said he had a crew in the area and could take care of the job that afternoon if it was ok with us. The crew came out and did exactly what was needed. I was kind of apprehensive because we weren't going to be home when the work was done, but they did a great job and cleaned up everything. We are very pleased and have recommended this company to a friend that needs the same type of work done. We will definitely be calling them again later in the summer for a few other jobs.

He was very prompt, he was here at the promised time. He did the job professionaly. Cleaned up. Treated me with respect and kindess. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Well overall… Needed to have them come back out to do a bit more cleanup. However, they were very responsive to my request and did a great job before they finished.

Well. The men arrived after a day's delay and performed services we wanted and cleaned up all debris. Although expensive, it looks very nice.

The work was done well. The company was sensitive about the timing so that the lift would not damage our lawn when wet. The men performed the job well. However, we had negotiated in the price a load of wood chips for mulching our beds. The tree cutters promised to deliver a good load of chips. The sales person we dealt with promised to deliver a load of chips. Three months later, no chips have arrived. We should have withheld partial payment until this part of the agreement was completed.

Aug 29, 2017 Phoned Grant's Tree Service, spoke with Paul Dotson,) met for few days later (Friday, Aug. 31) for estimate(Mr. Dotson said he was out of business cards); verbally committed to the work; was told work would be done the following Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, and possibly not until Friday. Still had trees on that Friday Phoned Mr. Dotson, gave no explanation, but said would be there first thing Monday morning, which he and his crew were. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Dotson left while crew worked and did an excellent job; HOWEVER, could not get statement/bill or receipt; called Mr. Dotson, he said to pay employees (which I did) & he would drop statement/bill/receipt off to residence. This was on September 11, 2017. As of Sept. 19, still did not receive, called Mr. Dotson, but no answer and could not leave message as mail box was full! Same thing on Sept. 21, 2017.On Sept. 27, called Mr. Dotson AGAIN, he said he wqas in Naples Florida and would mail the Bill/statement, etc. if I would text my address to him, which I did immediately. As of Oct. 5, 2017, still have not received the bill/statement/receipt needed for my records.

Price was fair and the work was done promptly! Paul gave me an estimated and told me that the guys could be out to the house the next day. They were there and took down the tree. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and were polite. Would hire again!

Grants Tree service was top notch. I was given a very fair quote that was not only under what I expected, but under the 3 other quotes I received that same day. The workers were professional and would haven't even known they were there except for my 3 trees being gone. I would recommend this service to anyone, tight or exspansive budget.

Paul came out that evening, gave me a great price, and workers came out the next day. They worked 9 hours to remove the tree and grind the stump. They cleaned up well.

Everything went great! They had a break in their schedule and got us in even earlier than planned. The two man crew removed the tree rapidly, efficiently, and with all due regard for safety. Cleaned up completely after all the processes, took care of a huge pile of brush and honeysuckle, left everything tidy and took the wood away. Extremely impressed by their speed and thoroughness. Would definitely use this firm again, and already have recommended to another family.
