Overall - excellent work. Paul was courteous and professional, returned calls quickly, and was reasonably priced. The crew worked fast and efficiently, they cleaned everything up and left the yard in great shape. It was hot and humid but they didn't skip a beat. Paul also called and checked in after the work was done to ensure everything was correct. Highly recommend them!!

Everything went very well. No hidden costs, no issues. They were the first to respond to my request for an estimate, they were the lowest estimate, and sounded the most competent when I was talking to them.

I had purchased a big deal from another tree service. After two no shows I stumbled on Grant's Tree service by searching Angie's List. I sent Paul and email 5/16 and received a phone call minutes later. The next day he called and said he his crew was in my area and gave me quote for the job. He was done by 4 that day and the results were great! One of my best purchases off of Angie's List. A great job, great price and service! Highly Recommended! Thanks again Paul.

Before contacting Paul, I had selected another company and was waiting for them to do the work... and waiting... and waiting. The other company didn't call me to let me know of the delay. So in the meantime, I decided to call Grants Tree Service. So glad I did! I had gotten quotes from other companies and Paul's was lowest (by a large amount!). I usually don't just go on price, but on reputation. I checked Angie's List and saw all of the A ratings, so I decided to take a chance. Paul did a great job. Both trees and stumps were removed. I had asked him to leave me the wood so that I could use it in my fire pit. He forgot. When I brought it up, he didn't just apologize, he offered to bring me better wood, and correctly sized so that I can use in my fireplace. If I had more trees, I would absolutely use him again.

It went perfect! This was the lowest quote of the 8 quotes we got by far. Paul came right to our house when I requested an estimate. Very fast and easy process from start to finish. Didn't even have to miss work for them to do the job. The crew cleaned up completely when the job was done. Will absolutely be using them again!!

called the owner Paul late Friday night by Sunday early afternoon the tree was removed and area cleaned up. Paul was a pleasure to work with and would most definitely use this company again and would highly recommend.

Paul was very responsive, but we had a bit of a communication issue. Which didn't' show until the job was done and I had questions. The job was done well, and for a fair price. I don't regret hiring them, I will just be more clear and ask more questions next time. I would use them again and I have referred a few of my neighbors.

Grants was quick to visit my home and give me an estimate (verbal). Their estimate was the lowest of two that I obtained. The owner was a little disorganized. After I told him that I was interested in hiring Grants for the job, I didn't hear back for several days. I called, and he told me that he had not written down my contact information. After we spoke a second time, the work was completed within a day or two. They left the work space clean of debris. I am happy with the work and would consider Grants for future jobs, but I suggest that they begin providing written estimates.

We compared bids for the job and this company was more reasonable than others. The work included bringing the tree down and grinding the stump. The workers showed up at the agreed time, proceeded to remove the tree, ground the stump and cleaned up all the debris. Although it was sad to see our old tree friend go ( it had been with us since the house was built in 1988), we were very pleased with the quality of work and the smooth performance of the work with no hiccups or problems. Highly recommend this company to anyone and we will potentially seek their services again in the future for some other work we need to have done.

Excellent experience with Paul. Prompt, reasonable, and competent. He worked hard and doggedly to remove a stubborn, stout stump, the roots of which had twined themselves into a concrete slab holding a fence post. I am going to remember Paul Dotson's reliable and professional work, and will recommend him, without reservation.

They were fine, and did a very good job

Grants Tree Service was recommended by a friend and I heartily agree. I got a few estimates from a few companies, the estimates were all close but Grants was the best. The team arrived on time and were very professional. They had me go over what had been agreed upon before they started. They were here from about 9am-3pm answered all of my questions and were very pleasant to deal with. My yard looks great , the work was done well and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have even known they were here! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will defiantly be calling them in the future.

paul dotson came out to my residence said the trees were no problem he described how he would execute the job gave me a date then there was a follow up phone call they showed up did the job never once did they ask for money till the end of job after i knew i was satisfied i paid and the went on with there day very professional and polite with great customer service
