Great. He’s very busy so it takes awhile

He was a true professional and knew all the Singer models, their strong points, and possible problems. He reconditioned it so it works like new. The belt was never replaced so I asked him to put on a new one He left it up to me.

Mrs requested to have her over-aged machine reburished for a Christmas gift. She did not want a new one. There are not very many repair shops any more. Steve explained that if I got the machine up to him asap, now Thanksgiving week he would attempt to have it completed before Xmas because he was very busy. I did not think this was going to happen after observing all the machines lined up for service. Mr. Coats came thru and called that the machine was ready a good week and half before the holiday. Outstanding; Now everyone will be happy. Will recommend and use again. Price was also very reasonable.

The experience was awful. The man was rude, he told me the machine was worthless, it wasn't worth his time to work on it. I explained I would pay a premium to have the timing set. He refused, then tried to sell me a new machine that was cheap junk.

Not friendly: acted as if I was a bother for coming in. Wait time for checking and cleaning sewing machine would have 6-8 weeks!

Work was completed in a timely manner, even ahead of "normal" schedule once expedited service was requested. Very responsive.

The man who was there on the day I bought the machine was very nice, professional, etc. However, I went back today, because I was having a problem with my machine and the woman, who is the owner, was condescending, patronizing and just plain rude to me. Although I've been sewing for 46 years, she was "certain" the problem was I wasn't threading the machine correctly. When I asked her to let me show her how I was threading my machine on the demo model, she refused. She said I had to bring my machine in, which I didn't feel was a rational response given the problem I was having. She did not listen to me when I tried to explain the problem further. She was extremely surly. I felt very badly treated, and I told her so. This is customer service at its absolute worst, and if I'd known about her when I was looking for a machine I never would have bought it there.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE SERVICE. PRICE QUOTE AND TIME FRAME WERE EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I TOOK THE MACHINE IN. NICE TO FIND HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE.

I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THREAD TENSION AT FIRST, BUT THEY STRAIGHTENED ME OUT AND GAVE HELPFUL TIPS. THEY OFFER SEWING CLASSES AS PART OF PURCHASE.

THE OWNER OF STORE HAS LIED TO ME ABOUT NUMBER OF DESIGNS IN MACHINE AND CLASSES HELD. SHE SUPPOSEDLY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT SINGER'S SPECIAL PROMOTION, BUT WITHIN HOURS CAME UP WITH THE PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. SINGER DEALER AND SINGER COMPANY HAS GIVEN ME 3 DIFFERENT STORIES ABOUT WHAT THE MACHINE COMES WITH. SINGER COMPANY AND DEALER NOT RESPONSIVE TO MY INQUIRIES. SINGER DEALER AND SINGER COMPANY REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROMISES MADE AND/OR ACTIONS. I NOW HAVE NO TRUST IN DEALER OR SINGER COMPANY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL GO ELSEWHERE.

THIS IS A WONDERFUL, FAMILY RUN BUSINESS. THE SERVICE AND ADVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY EXPERT, AND I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED BETTER. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

ANOTHER REPAIR COMPANY HAD INSTALLED ONE THAT WAS WRONG FOR THE MACHINE AND THAT ONLY LASTED A FEW HOURS OF SEWING. THE MAN AT GRACELAND WAS HONEST AND PRACTICAL.
